Je ne suis malheureusement jamais allée en boutique physique, un jour j'espère. Mes expériences avec eux par leur boutique en ligne ont toujours été parfaites. Service rapide et toujours prêt à aider. Je vous les recommande fortement.

Excellent service à la livraison, rapide et possèdent des jeux parfois difficile à trouver ailleurs à bon prix. Merci pour la petite attention accompagant le colis, certainement je vais commander à nouveau.

Livraison digne du RoadRunner et j'habite à Québec! Prix imbattables! Grandes variétés de jeux qui ne sont vraiment pas disponible partout. Je recommande x1000 ! Ce sont les meilleurs !

When we moved out to the deep dark woods and sparkling Bay of the Gaspésie, we we're pretty bummed out to learn we wouldn't have access to any English bookshops. Thankfully this place scratches the itch of browsing and being visually transported away. They have a staggering collection of games and puzzles that are well organized in a bright and welcoming, kid friendly-ish space.Things that could bump it up even higher once Covid is over? Having a collective puzzle going, have a few games on kiddie tables set up and bubble tea.

I'm surprise to see only 5 stars for any shop on the web. I went out of my way to write a review here because I had a great - nay, amazing - experience with them (worth five stars...).First time I ordered from them, everything went A1. I found adventure books I couldn't find elsewhere or those I could were cheaper at LilloJeux.Last time I ordered, my order went through and a day or so later I got an e-mail telling me an error occurred with the website and one of the items was back-order. The e-mail was short, straight to the point and courteous. They offered me different options (all positive and granting me the voucher I submitted regardless of my choice) and greeted my out of the box demand without flinching.I honestly couldn't be more impressed from a shop I never heard of before. Each time I got a personalized (they used the name I put in for the order) hand written thank you note with a lollipop. It isn't the moon, but still show they care (even if they probably don't always... 'cause retail), and mostly care about what they do.Thank you LilloJeux for caring about what you do with your business. You make us (me, at least) want to be part of your community.

Vraiment une belle sélection de jeux, il est également possible de jouer sur place comme au Randolph, mais sans le côté restaurant. Les salles d'évasion sont un must et rivalisent avec celles en ville, toutefois le niveau est peut être un peu trop difficile pour des novices. Nous avons faits L'attrape démon à 6 et nous avons adorés ! Notre seul commentaire : il serait bien d'ajouter un cadran dans les salles ce qui nous aurait permis de mieux gérer notre temps.

Commandé plusieurs fois. Service impeccable, livraison très rapide ( je demeure en Abitibi et c'est wow!) Prix super intéressant! Délicate attention dans chaque colis -mot personnalisé et petite gâterie! Ils ne sont pas obligés mais c'est très apprécié! L'essayer c'est l'adopter!
