Volleyball instructor

Before joining FTLO I had very little exposure to volleyball. After a few weeks of the clinic, I learned the basic skills and became confident enough to play with others at community center drop-ins and meetup groups.The clinic usually starts with dynamic stretches and warmups followed by drills to practice skills (e.g., serving, setting, spiking) and ends with playing a few games. Throughout the clinic, coaches will walk around providing personalized feedback. The feedback I’ve gotten has been invaluable; I can see that the coaches want us to succeed.The vibrant community of people is also super friendly and welcoming. Through FTLO I’ve met many incredible people and made many new friends from the clinic and the tournament.I am incredibly grateful for all the support, the improvement I have attained in such a short time, and the new friends I made. The FTLO clinic has far surpassed my expectation in every way. I highly recommend the FTLO clinic to anyone interested in learning/improving volleyball or wanting to be part of a volleyball community.

One of the best volleyball clinics I’ve been a part of EVER!For the beginner clinics I’ve attended in the past, it always felt like a high school P.E. class with no concrete points of improvement. The people in those volleyball communities were unfortunately not very inclusive and did not pay close attention to what I needed to become a better volleyball player.Training with FTLO, specifically with Matt and Rand, completely changed my mind. I was hesitant to sign up for the following session but I now understand why people sign up for FTLO season after season. It’s because the coaches actually care! They’re both vulnerable with their volleyball experience, validating in the right way and they pinpoint exactly what you need to improve to fine tune the techniques to be rally ready. Plus, the community they have managed to create is one of the most welcoming group of people I’ve met.If you’re looking for a place to improve your volleyball skills, I HIGHLY recommend you check this one out.

Dynamite volleyball club really cares about their players all around well being. They also help parents afford a quality volleyball club by offering different ways to help the costs associated with club volleyball.

My daughter wanted to improve her skills for volleyball and had heard from. One of her friends about aspire so we decided to give it a try. She really enjoyed it and felt her skills are improving. We will be seetimg her up for a new session.

Ace volleyball club is an amazing volleyball club that helps players reach their goals and play their best. I played with them for 4 years and with the coaches support and help I now play college volleyball. They have a phenomenal coaching staff who cares about each player on and off the court. I definitely recommend this club for anyone looking for a competitive team that can help them reach their volleyball goals.

My girls had a great session with Coach Doug! He gave excellent feedback on technical elements of the sport that needed work.

Really awesome team of coaches and a great program! I've done their indoor and outdoor clinics and both were really good. People who go there are lovely and want to improve and have fun and coaches constantly remind of this culture - which is lovely! Doing all the different drills has improved my technique a lot and has made me feel much more confident. I've also participated in their beginners tournament which was a lot of fun and a great training experience too. Thanks so much Matt and everyone for FTLO!

This club has been great and we feel like one big family. Carlos and his coaching staff are not only focused on developing volleyball skills but also helping our girls become leaders and great teammates.
