Arctic Bay

This is my first winter in my Arctic Bay parka. I’m amazed by its quality and fitting. I call it my space suit. It creates a solid barrier between me and the cold, rain and snow. I appreciate many fine details: zippers on the sides that open both from the top and from the bottom, letting me access my pockets without opening the entire side to the cold, well lined hood that keeps the wind away from my head and face, and many others.This is the best coat for the money. It’s the hypercar of parkas. Definitely recommend.

I have been trying to get my parka repaired (under warranry) since Jan of 2019. Yes thats correct 2019 and its now Jan 2021. I have called many times and the company is not responsive at all. Both Mark and Val have terrible customer service. They have provided me an address to send in the parka - I sent in the jacket and shipping returned back advising that the company has moved.I called them- and a gentleman picked up and hung up on me (swearing and really aggresive).A lot of these positive reviews are from family and friends of the owner of the company.

I was looking for a parka, but really hesitant to overpay for a specific label, just because everyone else is wearing it. A friend of mine recommended me Artic Bay, and I was not disappointed. Not only the price is way more affordable and reasonable, the quality is absolutely amazing. Also, the superior customer service from the company. I would definitely recommend to everyone, and my dad is already in the process of getting a new parka from Arctic Bay.

Avoid this company at all costs. First, I was sent the wrong size jacket. Hey, it happens, no big deal. It was a gift, and the wrong size was not discovered until the gift was opened. Again, shouldn't be a big deal, as it was within the 30 days since purchase.The coat also wasn't ideal for the recipient, not a great fit, and also the quality was not up to par with what I expected for such a high price point. That's what returns are for, right? But when I went to initiate the return, I received a very short email telling me that because the jacket wouldn't be RECEIVED by them within 30 days, that I was out of luck. For a mail-order company, this is not practical or reasonable.The ensuing back and forth of emails for days, including claims of random policies not mentioned anywhere on their website, finally resulted in them allowing a return. After sending the jacket back, I received no confirmation that they received the jacket, and none of my emails were replied to when I was inquiring about eh return progress. A return just appeared in my bank account weeks after I sent the coat. Okay, that's great, except they charged me the restocking fee which they specifically state does not apply for wrong sizes.Everything about dealing with this company was frustrating and sketchy. The avalanche of 5 star reviews is very suspect to me. Also...the coat wasn't that great. The down filling was verrrry sparse and the quality of construction seemed very suspect for a $1200 dollar coat. Save your money, get yourself something nice from another Canadian company.

Best 800$ I’ve ever spent. Especially considering that the quality of most brand named jackets have gone down drastically since 2021.

It has now been over a year since I bought the antarctica parka from them and I have absolutely no regrets. Very warm, fashionable, and high quality. I've had no issues with their customer service, they respond to emails/calls and I've also been to their office since I live in the area

I purchased 2 jackets from Arctic Bay. One was a womens charlotte parka and the other a mens Inuvik bomber.Before purchasing, all questions were answered quickly and helpfully by Val which was fantastic.Delivery to the UK was very fast (only a week) and no duties or tax needed to be paid.The jackets themselves are incredibly warm and the materials used are of excellent quality. I would have no hesitations in recommending Arctic Bay to someone needing a no nonsense winter jacket/parka.Coming from Canada goose and Moncler jackets, Arctic Bay is a step up in terms of customer service, material quality and protecting you from the elements.Again, many thanks to Val and all at Arctic Bay for being so helpful and making a best in class product.

I have been looking into getting a made in Canada jacket and found Arctic Bay while doing my research. Prior to ordering, I emailed their customer service tons of questions all of which were answered in a timely and efficient manner. I ordered Toronto Parka and all I can say is wow! It’s a superb quality product and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Arctic Bay.

A must-have jacket to face cold Canadian winters! Lightweight, but warm and durable. It feels luxurious, and you can tell it is made with high-quality materials. Beyond function, it is also stylish and fits like a glove. The Belleville parka is the best winter jacket I have ever owned, and is the only one I will ever need!

I’ve had the Arctic Bay winter jacket for 3 years now, and have to say that the combination of quality, warmth and design is SUPERB! Before, you’d have to pay me to walk in the park in the frigid temperatures like -20C. Now, I volunteer for these snow adventures, walking and playing in the beautiful wintry forests and parks. So much so, our entire family now owns a jacket each! Kudos to the entire team who created this lovely and warm jacket, and if you are looking for one, don’t think twice - Arctic Bay jacket will definitely be the one to keep you warm and toasty and let you enjoy our Canadian winter to the fullest :)
