Great Asian little food market in Kanata (so I don't need to drive all the way to T&T on Hunt Club). It has all the Chinese and Vietnamese staple ingredients needed for my family needs. I love their little takeout food section of the Vietnamese Banh Cuon, sausages and Sesame balls with red bean. Staff are always friendly. Prices are at par with T&T.

For being in this area, it's great. Their prices are relatively decent. Idk about best price, but I think it's the only Asian grocery store in the area. They somehow do manage to stuff a wide variety of products in a small store though. Lots of frozen protein products at good prices. Not the widest variety of fresh produce, but that's ok because you can get those in other stores and their stock of shelf items make up for it. Lots of Vietnamese products. Not the widest variety of snack foods though. Walking in actually feels like I've walked back to grocery stores from the early 90s. They play some retro music on the radio too...

Anyone of you in Ottawa are looking for candle nuts or Kemiri nuts by others name do visit this store, as I just bought one pack from this store...now I can cook my favorite south East Asian dry curry!

Great store to find Asian products including the very popular tapioca pearls to make bubble tea.Staff is really nice and helpful.If you look carefully, you'll even find US dollars!

My first visit to this store, which has been there for some time but, up until now, I had not shopped. The store seems MUCH bigger on the inside than it shows from the storefront. The inventory therein is massive and includes so many products that are not available anywhere else. They had Everything I wanted and more. I had hopes of finding Chinese Broccoli and I did ... and it was just Great. I had a few questions that were answered quickly and comprehensively by a lovely young lady who took the time ! Imagine that ! I was cashed out by the same young lady who was pleasant and communicative. What a great experience after having been to so many cash-yourself-out big box stores ! I will be a frequent shopper at this Oriental Market .... and the next time I will bring my own bags because they are trying to be environmentally friendly.

Wonderful little grocery store that has a very wide range of products. Lovely and helpful staff who are very happy to help with anything you're looking for. This is always my first choice to go to when I'm looking for a particular ingredient as they often have it for a good price

Lots of selection packed into a small place. I called ahead to ask if they carried the particular natto soybeans I was looking for. The staff were very helpful on the phone, and when I went in person, they were helpful and welcoming.

super friendly staff. lots of selection products you cant find anywhere else. went in looking to get some shiso, cant find it anywhere in ottawa. the lady working went and got me some fresh stems from the back. other reviewers complained about prices but i dont see that to be a problem. prices are good considering having to import a lot of products. makes me miss japan. will definitely be back

Since T&T is a bit far, This is my emergency Asian store if I need a last minute ingredient. The price is slightly a bit higher but still reasonable.
