We have been using Specialty over the last year, Pete and Matt have done an amazing job at helping us navigate through all of our purchases. They listen and recommend based on necessity rather than pushy sales tactics to sell the highest priced products. I recently completely renovated our SteriBay and had such a positive experience dealing with Patrick and his crew. He was able to work the design to suit our needs and my wishes with very competitive pricing.The crew was efficient, neat and polite. It took them only 3 days to remove the old and install new cabinetry and equipment. Patrick was quick to answer my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the products right down to the door hinges and our training on the Hydrim and new Statclaves with Stephanie.It was overall a fantastic experience and I completely recommend this company.

My experience with Specialty dental has a been a long one.I first came to know about this company through a friend that used their services, so I knew I was in good hands.What I didn't know, was how easy and informative the process was going to be.When meeting with Patrick, we got along well right from the start. His friendliness ,calm demeanour and straight to the point made me feel at ease. I probably drove him crazy since I wasn't 100% with anything I needed or the facts about where my office was going to be placed/leased. All I knew was I needed dental stuff and he was the right person to deal with.Patrick took care of me, I literally had to think about nothing. He put a package together with everything I needed. Great service and competitive prices. We purchased our compressor/suction and chair and pan xrays from Specialty dental. Very happy with their quality of service. As expected in dental indurstry, we had some glitches throughout the process, but they fixed it on a timely manner. Their service department is also very capable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

5 years ago, Matt helped me cobble together a dental office in Apsley Ontario. When my old equipment broke down they helped me figure out the parts I needed. They then saved me a service call by walking me through how to install them myself! A company that understands rural dentistry is hard to find.Our little office is growing currently working with the township here to upgrade the space. When Matt found out that funding for dental cabinetry was coming from the community, he donated the delivery and installation!In a world of aggressive dental sales, Specialty Dental stands apart. Galloro Dental Group took possession of two offices 2 weeks before the RCDSO strongly recommended we perform only emergency services. It was a very scary time to start running a practice with two locations and suddenly being forced to close our doors. During the shut down, Matt and the team of Speciality Dental worked to complete renovations and update our equipment.
