My 2010 MBP kept on shutting down unexpectedly so I brought it in to see if anything could be done to fix it. Ali went above and beyond in regards to cleaning and restoring my MBP. When I got it back and still had problems with it, he was more than willing to look at it again. Now by the looks of it my old MBP still has some years of life left in it because of him.If you have any laptop issues Ali is the guy to hire. No regrets!

I really liked working with owner. I had to install new hard drive into my MacBook Pro 2015 retina. So I tried Cyber Systems. Everything went smooth, and the installation was done quite fast. I've got the reply that my machine is ready on the same day. Along the way, all question I had and even some extra support and help was provided at no additional cost. Definitely place to have your machine fixed. 5 stars

NEW REVIEWDifferent computer, 2014 MBP shutting down even when plugged in. Genius bar (Apple store) did a reinstall, cleaning and their diagnostics found nothing. The problem continued. After a service, and a new battery, the problem is solved. I highly recommend Ali for timelyreasonable and lasting repairs. 5 more stars.Prompt, courteous and reasonable repair. My 7 year old MacBook was overheating with minimal use and in need of service and cleaning. Alireza had it working like new overnight. I'm happy to recommend Cyber-systems.
