I brought in my laptop because of a broken screen and Sim was able to diagnose the problem right away. He also let me know of potential hidden costs if after the screen was replaced, the problem was still not resolved. Thankfully it was just a single part problem and he was able to repair it in less time than he originally promised, and was able to provide a reasonable price for the fix.

I took my MacBook Pro in to 2 other people and none of them could figure it out. Within a few hours Sim was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed that same day. Quite affordable too. He even was able to help speed up a back-up laptop I had purchased. Highly recommend his services, quick response to calls/texts and very fast turn around time!

Brought in my laptop to be repaired. I had taken it in to another shop and was not able to get answers. Sim was more then helpful and knowledgeable. He was great to deal with and addressed issues promptly. He also showed me how to do some of the windows and bios repairs myself. Id highly recommend and will use his services again.

Sim drove to my place, diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, fixed it right there.I took it to staples and they suggested computer replacement, I phoned Sim and he said it’s an easy fix. Charge was quite affordable.

He works out of his basement and I took my computer to his house and had it back the same day. It took 5 hours to install a new hard drive and the computer worked great. Cost was very reasonable and I felt I got great customer service and deal. I was back playing games the same day and did not feel any regrets or second guessing. Or thinking I should have taken it to another store and have to wait days.

Great place if you need to have your IT equipment fixed. I brought my laptop to have the charging port fixed and I came home with extra tablet for my son! As a newcomer to Edmonton, he is a blessing for anyone who needs IT services.His hands clearly demonstrate his expertise in repairs. I've never someone who can dismantle a laptop in seconds and copy file from hard drive in few minutes. Will definitely come back if I face any problems with my laptop again. May his shop succeed and expand in the future.
