The most healthy, fresh and delicious hot meal in the Metrotown food court. Build your own meal with fresh ingredients to be grilled, cooked up and delivered on a fresh bed of rice.Fresh vegetables (broccoli, red peppers, baby corn, zucchini), seafood (squid, salmon, and shrimp), and meat (beef, pork and chicken teriyaki) and so much more.Cost ranges based on weight. For me, a meal ranges from $9-14 on average.

Can’t ask for more: $15 for a nutritious meal with lots of veggies and protein at this high inflation time..Don’t pick too much veggies if you want more protein and don’t want it get pricy.

Price has gone through the roof over the years. Plenty of other better choices in the food court for the amount you're paying. The sauce and food texture were disappointing too, worse than home cooking. Bad attitude service lady at the cashier. Chefs look very dirty and careless, I doubt they are maintaining any hygiene protocols.

Used to love UGrill but the prices have gotten ridiculous. Probably explains why you never see long lines for it anymore...

Nice place. But food depends on the cook who fry the food for you. Sometime is good, somwtime is bad like today. My food had some burned leftover from other thing on the stove top as can see in the pic

I’ve really enjoyed their food but today I really disappointed with their hygienic service.When I recieve and eating food, there are small burned leftover that is from their previous cook.I think it is from their grill, and I left pretty much everything.

Oh really good food and it's filling to cooked perfectly the only there thick fat noodle needed to be more caramel glazed color light brown and it should hint of a sweet taste to it other then that everything was awesome

I like that they cook it right in front of you and you get to pick out what you’d like added in your dish from vegetables, meat to noodles and your choice of sauce! Feels healthy and fresh.

Been going here for 15 years. Nice variety of options. Choosing our ingredients and getting it cooked was quick. I recommend it to anyone who wants food at metropolis. Support local. They’ve never done me wrong
