Loyalty Appliance Repair
Simon showed up quite early in the advised time window slot. Very professional from the start, he proceeded to take my dryer apart and explained as he was doing this. He needed up cleaning a lot of lint that had likely collected due to a loose vent pipe on the inside of the dryer. He explained everything really well . He ended up replacing the belt on my dryer, checked to make sure nothing else was broken and put everything back together. Great service, professional technician and all in a timely manner. Have no hesitation in recommending Simon and this company!

Best appliance repair company in the Lower Mainland!!! I recently needed repair for my hood fan so I called many different appliance repair companies. None of them helped me when they found out it was a hood fan repair. I sent Loyalty Appliance a picture of the serial number and explained the problem, and they ordered the parts and fixed the hood fan very quickly. I highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs.

I have a Samsung refrigerator that was acting up. Called yesterday and had an appointment for this morning. Simon came out and diagnosed what was wrong with the fridge, and had it fixed in no time flat. Very knowledgable technician and a pretty darn nice guy. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. Great job keep up the good work.
