In July 2022 my LG washing machine started leaking water. I had 72 hrs to find someone and have it repaired before I left my house for summer holidays. I called a number of appliance repair services who directed me to LG customer service. LG connected me to an appliance company out of my region and expected me to pay in advance and subsidize their gas/travel expense to my house. Finally I tried Alpha, he was polite and responded immediately. He was able to track down the part and install it the next morning! Exceptional. I've shared his contact with everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Alan was amazing. He was able to diagnose the issue with my fridge in just a few minutes. He was then able to fix everything in a couple of hours. Most of the time was spent de-icing the fridge due to a failed temp sensor.Thanks for everything Alan!

The repair was replacement of the glass stove main top ( Frigidaire) and dishwasher leak ( Bosch).The repair was fairly complicated and time consuming. But it was done professionally.The repairman was very knowledgeable about the appliances. He patiently cleaned up the pool of water from the dishwasher leak and then determined that the water inlet valve needs to be replaced. He went and purchased a new valve and came back the next day to replace it.The glass stove main top was installed flawlessly. The installation was very complex as there are a lot of sensors connected to it.I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

I have used Alpha Appliance repair twice. Each time I have been very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work and prompt response! They took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair my oven and refrigerator and answered my questions. They cleaned up after the work was completed. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of appliance repairs.
