After reading reviews, I contacted Steamers to help me with a large unexpected carpet stain. Brian was super helpful in guiding me through the process and made arrangements to be at my home asap to get to work. He was successful in removing the stain (as well as a few old ones). I really appreciate the expedited service and prompt communication. Would highly recommend.

Brian's team Gee and Nathan are top notch professionals. We had them clean our carpets as well as our tile and grout. We were hesitant to have our tile and grout cleaned as we didn't think it would come clean. This crew far exceeded our expectations and brought our ceramic tile and grout to like new condition. They took the time required to do it right, the first time and we are blown away with the service and level of care. We added an area rug to the end job after a long day like jerk clients and without hesitation, these guys said no problem

Steamers is absolutely incredible. They clean my white (!) couch, 2 chairs and 6 dining room chairs. I can’t believe how clean they managed you get the upholstery. It looks almost brand new!! From the first call to Brian, to the crew (Guy and Nathan) that came to my house, they were friendly and professional. I know I was their last call of the day but I still didn’t feel like they rushed the job just to get home. And then Brian called within 10 minutes of the crew leaving to make sure I was satisfied. Now that is old fashioned customer service that you don’t find often today. I found Steamers on Google and hired them based on the 5-star reviews - and they lived up to, and exceeded, all my expectations. Thank you Brian, Guy and Nathan !! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Steamers’ service is superior to any I have experienced in the past. The team was courteous and friendly. They definitely did not rush anything and took their time to ensure top quality cleaning. They were able to remove stains and other stuck on items on my furniture that have been there for a while. I would highly recommend.

Guy and Nathan showed up on time, were professional and personable. Guy explained that not all stains would come out, but they did a fantastic job and I was very pleased. Brian followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would definitely use them again.

Got a mattress cleaning for pet stain and odour removal today. I am very satisfied with the result! They were so nice and friendly. I saw all the dirty water come out from the mattress. They have the best cleaning service in London. Thank you so much for the hardworking!!

We had scheduled Steamers a few weeks ago for today after reading many google reviews and seeing the positive comments. The two man crew that arrived today (Guy & Nathan) were a bit early due to a change in plans. They called ahead to be sure it was okay to come a bit early and when they arrived, were very pleasant and personable. They went through everything to make sure we all had a clear understanding of the work involved. Their equipment was in good, clean condition. Once the job was completed, they left no indication anywhere in the house that there had been hoses and cables stretched throughout. The floors were wiped and cleaned and left as they had found them upon their arrival. During and after the cleaning, we received a call from Brian, the team manager at their office. He was following up after they had arrived and then a second call when the work was done to ask about our satisfaction. Brian was more than fair with his pricing and helped us with some confusion regarding that. He was also concerned about how we felt about the job and his company overall. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend this company should you need their services. We are happy to add our 5 star rating to the many that have gone before us. Thank you Brian, Guy & Nathan. We will recommend you to family, friends and neighbours.
