We contacted James to help us buy an apartment in Saskatoon. We were not in Canada at that time and his daily property referrals helped us look at dozens of properties to zero in. When we finalized on one property, due to COVID everything was done online. He managed the offer and counter offers and we were able to get a reduction in the asking price from the seller. James helped us overcome challenges that the lender bank imposed even when the seller would not agree to any changes to the sale after the offer was accepted.
