Dr. J. Poppen is a friendly and knowledgeable health practitioner. It is both a walk-in clinic and a family practice which makes booking appointments very flexible.

My personal experience: Not reliable, discourteous, not as advertised. I had a persistent cough I’ve been fighting for 2 days. Decided the wait is enough and i needed medicine. Shortly upon arrival home from work On Friday January 4,2019 6:04pm, I Confirmed from google Clinic hours of operation also decided to Call this place to confirm closing time, I was told by person on the phone closing time 7pm I asked “do you have time for me” the response is “yes, come” I replied “ok” and trusted this clinic would be open if I arrived before closing, so I decided to walk to the family medical clinic as it is 400 meters from my home. Upon arrival it is 615pm I found clinic closed, lights inside clinic complete off, doors locked. Family clinic is closed.I trusted this person and as advertised on Google hours of operation to follow through on there words regarding closing time 7pm.Very disappointed with this experience

It's not a walk in clinic like others say

Dr Poppen has been my family doctor for years. She's very knowledgeable and caring. I never have to wait too long to see her. Her staff is very wonderful too. I'm fortunate to have found her clinic.
