On time and friendly service. Staff made my daughter feel safe and comfortable for her ear piercing. Knowledgeable piercer was patient and kind.

I had both my daughter and my hair cut here, and while sitting there my hair looked fine, although I did stop the stylist from cutting any more hair as she did not understand the cut I was going for. After getting home and putting my hair over my shoulder there were very obvious chop cuts in both my hair and my daughters. Will not be going back for haircuts.

I had an amazing experience at tranquility today. I had a complete hair transformation done by their stylist Amanda and wow I have never been so happy after leaving a salon in my life. She did exactly what I wanted, and gave me some of her ideas and suggestions which I ended up taking and I'm thankful I did. I only have positives to say about this salon and their staff, phenomenal customer service. I can't wait to go back to them the next time, having my hair done by Amanda was such a great experience, don't be afraid to ask her anything because she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your hair. And if you want to make your look complete get your makeup done by Ashley because I never knew how amazing I could look till today, went in looking just tired and left looking like a bombshell. Highly recommended this salon and their staff!

booked an appointment for an eyebrow/upper lip waxing and an ear piercing with Ashley & it did not disappoint!!! Ashley was super friendly & knowledgable and did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back to Tranquility!
