Fort Dental Clinic

I went here since it’s close to my place for the first time. Did not have the best experience, dentist came in late (waiting 20 min). Also the dentist did the cleaning, not the hygienist, he had quite rough hands and poked my gums a few times. Didn’t get that clean fresh feeling after my cleaning was done.

Have been to this clinic for a while now. Great environment and friendly staff. I like the fact that they always give an estimate before any treatment.

All my family members got our dental services there, we definitely will recommend this dental office to you and your family. :)

I had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted here. Dr. Benedict Lui let me know my options and explained the procedure in details. His team took good care of me, they measured my blood pressure before my extraction. It was not as scary as I thought it would be and there was no complications.

Stay away. I went here for a cleaning and get cavities filled just over a year ago and the dentist couldn't freeze my mouth properly even after 5 tries. There's better places in the city...Stay away.

Dentist is hot and nice and actually listens to you. Not just some old dude who hates his job and rushes through. Also works with you within your budget. Safe space for queer people and women. no notes

This place is so awesome. I had a very stressful day before my arrival and coming here made it better. I was running little late due to walking in inclement weather and they were very accomadating. This place is a very relaxing fun environment. The staff were relatable, professional and extremely efficient. I will be returning

Our appointment was made months ahead with a specific dentist for cleaning and when we showed up, it was another dentist. In normal situations, having a different dentist for cleaning is not a problem. But the person that cleaned my 12 year old sister's teeth was unprofessional. Without knowing any background, he put her on the spot and said she needs to get speech therapy. When asked if it would help with her dental health, he said no and that it would help her pronounce words properly (take note this guy speaks in a thick accent).The practitioner's unprofessional and non-medically related advice made her cry after the appointment.Addition: they followed with sharing patient’s private medical information on a public forum. On contrary to what the dental office said in their response, no medical conditions or recommended treatments were discussed.

Went to this dental office for a whitening . After a ten second inspection they said they would not whiten my teeth unless I had other work done. Greedy tooth mill. Do not go here especially if you are not asian . The head dentist is unprofessional and the staff are aloof. AVOID at all costs .
