i am new to this gym and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful! Dale one of the trainers there showed me around the gym, made me feel encouraged and overall excited to be apart of this awesome place! His uplifting spirits and positivity shines through and made me feel so comfortable - as the gym hasn’t always felt like the most comfortable place for me. overall 10/10 and would recommend to anyone and everyone I know!

I recently booked a tour of Athletic Kulture due to the various machines that most other gyms don’t have. During my visit I was greeted by Jonathan, who took the time to fully explain the gyms philosophy, ask me what my needs were and offer the best way to succeed with the tools that AK has to offer. I was hesitant to join at first but after a few workouts I am so glad I did.Everyone in this club is there for the same purpose. To better themselves and have a good time doing it. I’ve asked many people questions, tips and advice and have always been helpfully answered! To some this gym may appear intimidating but I promise you that is not the case. Nobody is judging you, if anything they’re going to want to help you!I have a hefty goal to achieve in order to save my health and I know once I can afford the PT sessions down the road that the amazing trainers will help me doing so.I recommend this gym ten times over. Keep doing what you do, AK!

Great facility, atmosphere, and quality machines by Atlantis.Sandra has always been there to help me with my membership and needs! She’s always there with a smile being friendly and adds a wave of positivity to my day.

Was in the area and wanted to get a workout in, so decided to pay the 50 dollars for a day pass. Yes I think that is a little over priced, but the gym itself has a ton of great equipment and lots of space. Cool, unique atmosphere upstairs in the personal training area (that is open for members to use at anytime which not all gyms do so that's nice). The staff there is very accommodating and friendly. They do have additional accessory equipment (i.e denser foam rollers, weight belts for pull ups, TRX among others) at the front desk if you ask for them which is always appreciated. I was a little disappointed they decided to remove the gymnastic rings though, since I saw them in one of the display photos while checking out their website and assumed they had them. Change rooms are pretty good, but one of the lockers I left my things in wouldn't actually stay shut and I realized that when I went to grab something from my bag mid workout. Having hooks near in the shower area to be able to hang your towel or shower bag would be a nice to see. I was a bit disappointed at the state of the infrared sauna in the men's change room though, looks like it hasn't had a deep clean in a very long time and doesn't smell the greatest. Would visit this gym again, very close to 5 stars, just a few things need to be addressed and I would happily change the rating (:

Used to love this place but it's become a little awkward working out here. There's this young woman, usually in bright colored pants, who is there every day/night who films herself constantly and it makes me very uncomfortable. Other people are walking around the gym and we don't want to accidentally be in your instagram videos....quite unfortunate.

Great gym! Tons of equipment, machines and squat racks. Clean and stylish. Can't ask for more from a gym.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made to join this gym. I was been in my gym in barrie and always get disappointed. But in this gym I got best experience and have not been disappointed. So many machine, space for everything, staff experience is good, all over environment in gym is so good and positive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely best gym I have ever trained at. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Endless variety of equipment for all levels of fitness experience. Very clean. Great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and always encouraging others. Look forward to being greeted by Sandra’s warm friendly smile everyday on the front desk. Keep up the great work!

Athletic Kulture is a top of the line fitness facility. Not only does it boost the most incredible selection of equipment, the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the first gym I’ve ever gone to where I feel like part of a community. The best part of AK though is my trainer, Dale Stephens. He is the perfect blend of coach and cheerleader and has helped me get into the best shape of my life over the last year. 10/10. Best trainer in Barrie, hands down.
