Dont get your framing done here. Sloppy service. Had to fix the 2 prints they framed due to off centering/ print shifting on the matting. Did not keep consistent borders between the 2 matching prints. Ones higher then the other. Matting over cut corners and frame corners banged up she has to fix with a sharpie

This.was the first time visiting this locationIt was super clean and tidy.My favourite part of this specific location was the grab bags you can take free of charge for young kiddos that include everything for a craft !

The cashier who cashed us out was very kind and even gave a craft for my niece to do! Sunday evening January 29th. He deserves recognition for his excellent service.

Micheals is absolutely overpriced. I don't understand how anyone can buy supplies from here for their crafting business.

This is a nice Michael's store. Staff are great, and the store is well maintained. As well, they are diligent about ensuring customers get the best deal possible through weekly and special coupon events, on top of sale updates.They carry a wide selection of picture frames, at fairly affordable prices. As well, several lines are often on sale for 45% off, which is a good time to stock up. Framing staff are knowledgable, and have provided excellent custom framing solutions.An real positive is the array of DIY Christmas decorations they carry in all shapes and sizes, perfect for painting, inking, filling, or covering in glitter. These can be a bit costly at regular prices, but wathc for BOGO sales, which are invaluabel opportunites for artists to get the materials they need.My single negative observation is that they carry only a very small selection alcohol ink options, and the ones they do have are a bit over-priced. I would like to see them broaden out this selection with more options, and different price points.Overall, this location is a good store for creatives to visit to purchase supplies.

Very clean and organized store, sometimes hard to find employees but overall great place for all your crafting needs

Only visited for custom framing. The entire process up until pickup was smooth and without issue. The staff didn't rush me during the selection process.Evwrythibg fell apart when my framed piece was ready. First visit, I noticed several imperfections in the outer frame. They reordered it.Second visit, the outer frame was better but the mitred corners were not consistent. Seems like a basic thing for framing. Each time I expressed disappointment, the staff didn't acknowledge anything. In fact, my disappointment was made apparent to be an inconvenience to the staff. I understand that your frames are vendor supplied, but that is no excuse to inspect their quality prior to finishing the framing. That's just poor business and poor customer relations. Aside from the coupon, I have zero reason to shop at Michael's, let alone respect for the attitude of the staff. Why is it my problem you are providing me with unsatisfactory goods...?
