Working with KABA Immigration Services was a smooth sailing. Shkendie is very welcoming and very knowledgable on the applications. (Sponsoring a husband & PR applications ).She is very particular on the details of each documents, gave us updates on the applications and still guiding us if we have questions.Our journey of receiving the PR card was less than 6 months which was execellent. I had a particularly unique circumstance, and Shkendie helped me navigate it with respect to landing in Canada and obtaining my PR card.Shkendie is of course highly knowledgeable with immigration law. But what sets her apart is her level of professionalism. She is responsive, thorough, detail-oriented, incredibly thoughtful, and efficient. And not to mention confidence-inspiring, which is so helpful when dealing with the government! Shkendie Kaba is the best!I’m a Canadian citizen, my wife who I met in grad school over in California is not but when we decided to move out of the US up to Canada we decided we need some counsel and guidance to assist us and make the move as smooth as possible.Shkendie, is patient, thorough and helped us navigate all the details and vague requirements. We ended up getting to Canada with no issues because of how prepared we were.We were told multiple times we could file for PR ourselves, and we tried. It is possible, but overwhelming, and sections of the process can feel vague, or questions can be misinterpreted. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Shkendie as a mentor when I, with dual Canadian and American citizenship, was called on by my American husband to serve as a sponsor and deal with the most difficult application I had ever seen. After Shkendie became my advisor in January, I finished it in three months and sent it off with shaking hands to IRCC, who contacted me from time to time, but never complained about quality. In October we received an email from IRCC to tell us things were drawing to a close, and they provided a two-page form to fill out for the last step--receiving the Confirmation of Permanent Residence, which arrived early this month. I am going to miss Shkendie. She is a real professional, but she also left me feeling that she was my friend.
