Saint-Paul-de-l'Île-aux-Noix is a municipality in southern Quebec, Canada located in the administrative area of the Montérégie. The population as of the Canada 2021 Census was 2,141 (From websit). Information center was closed due to less visitors. Of cause the fort was closed as well. But view is nice.

Jay was the broker for a 43’ Bayliner. His English was flawless and he spent over an hour on a video call showing every detail of the boat which convinced us to make the 6 hour drive to view the boat.He fairly represented the seller through the negotiations but was willing to negotiate the price due to some of the issues that cane up with the survey.Before I purchased the boat, he even spent 4 hours with a pressure washer cleaning it.A big thanks to both Jay and Marine 360!
