Highly recommend this business to anyone! The owner is super nice. I needed to print a document and walked around under the sun trying to find a printing shop that could help. After trying two places, I came to Burroughs. The owner kindly offer to let me print my document free of charge : )

The best customer service ever people are so nice. I went here after reading the reviews as most print shops in Vancouver aren’t the nicest. I was surprised to find that even though they look like a commercial print shop they help out people who need one off prints for school or work. As an art student it’s hard to find good reliable print shops that don’t cost too much and I’m so glad I found one in my neighborhood!

The customer service here is top notch!I had some baggage tags I needed printed out and I sent a screenshot of it to Al. He put two tags on a single sheet for me then cut them as well.This saved me quite a bit of effort on my part and the price was amazing as well.Thanks, Al!

Our printer died, and husband needed prints asap. Great quality printing and friendly service! Opens conveniently early and super efficient. We have now found a permanent spot for our printing needs. Will be back again very soon! Thank you so much!
