UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

Had a great, intimate experience at the Abbotsford location. Our tech explained everything and when baby wasn’t overly cooperative she stopped and had me do some exercises to ensure we got some good pics which we did! Very happy with the service.

Was hesitant about doing the 4D scan but it was so worth it. Mone was wonderful and took time to ensure we got some good photos. Would do it again for sure!

What an absolutely wonderful clinic. We had a gender reveal planned this weak and then found out the ultrasound wouldn't inform us of the gender. UC Baby was so amazing to fit us in on short notice and save our special day.10/10 would recommend this place for everyone I know

I’ve visited UC Baby Abbotsford twice, my first visit was two years ago with my first born and my overall experience back then wasn’t bad. But my second experience was awful. I definitely will not be coming back if I have any future pregnancies, I may consider trying a different location but never Abbotsford again. The ultrasound technician was very rude and cold. My husband took his phone out to take photo’s because back when I visited in 2021 with my first pregnancy you were allowed to take photos on your phone during your experience and I guess they’ve recently changed their rules. She was very rude about him bringing his phone out and told him to read the signs posted. I told her we didn’t know because our last visit we were allowed to and she had an attitude because I said that. We also had our toddler in the room with us, which I don’t think she was very impressed with because he was whining and getting bored towards the end and trying to leave the room. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I was honestly excited for my ultrasound to be over. My husband didn’t enjoy his first experience seeing our second babies ultrasound for the first time. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to any family or friends. It was honestly a waste of money, time, and gas driving out there. Super disappointed with my second visit here! I’d recommend trying a different location for anyone reading this.

A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. My only critique for this specific location would be to enhance/improve on the clinics décor and window signage, as it was quite poor for a private-pay medical setting.

Very friendly and helpful! They were professional and you actually get to spend time seeing your baby. We loved our experience here!

Mona and Rachna both are very gentle and patient. They take full time to explain and show movements, pictures and heartbeats.Very relaxing experience, We highly recommend.
