Fries were cold and the onion rings were long dead. Cold, broken into pieces, stuck together, and batter fallen off a lot of the onion. It is obvious they had both been sitting around for at least 20 minutes, probably longer. At least the burgers were OK.

The frozen glasses were not cold or clean made the root bear taste yuk, that’s the whole reason for no ice at A&W. Sitting and serving wasn’t great either. Food was great though, will recommend Take Out.

I recently visited A&W in Burlington and was blown away by their delicious Beyond Meat Veggie Burger!While this hamburger restaurant is known for its classic root beer, their Beyond Meat Veggie Burger is definitely worth trying. It was juicy, flavorful, and had a great texture - it truly tasted like a meat burger.The combo meal with fries and a soft drink is a good value, even though it's not the cheapest option. The fries were crispy and flavorful, and the soft drink was refreshing.In addition to the veggie burger, A&W also offers a range of classic burgers, chicken, and fries, all of which are cooked to perfection.Of course, I couldn't leave A&W without trying their famous root beer, and it did not disappoint. It was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of fizz.Overall, I had a great experience at A&W in Burlington. The Beyond Meat Veggie Burger was a highlight, and the combo meal with fries and a soft drink was good value for the price.The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal, A&W is definitely worth a visit.

I feel that a 1/5 star is a bit generous given the experience I had today at this location. I ordered the chicken strips and wondered why they were tasting different than usual….. after inspecting the strip I realized they had green mold all over them. Hopefully I don't become sick from eating them before noticing the green spots. Safe to say it will be my last trip to this location. I know this isn’t the keg but come on…. GREEN CHICKEN.

Wow so I decided to stop and grab a beyond burger and fries on my way home. There was something off about the burger so I only had a few bites. I purchased fries and gravy as well so I ate that. Big mistake I have been rushing to the bathroom all day I think maybe the gravy was off not sure as I never really ate the burger mainly just the fries seemed ok. Never again!

When ordering from drive through they tell you to go to the parking lot for 10 min and drive through again to pick up order.It's a timer issue. They reset the clock after you leave the first time so that the 15 min it takes to get your order registers as 4 minutes. Sad but true. I will be contacting manager and head office.

I ordered the moza burger with poutine. The burger was fantastic and the poutine is definitely in my top 5. The girl taking our order was friendly and explained what was on the mama burger to my partner who never had it. After we finished our meal, I was able to compost everything except the cup and the plastic fork. I brough the cup home because I was still drinking it. The cup and fork went in the garbage, but the lid was put in my blue bin . A&W is definitely leading the way when it comes to waste. I'm sure it won't be long until they have wooden forks like some McDonald's.

First off all i never leave bad reviews on google, however this place deserves one.I came here 3 times in last 6 months because my son wanted a burger. 3 times in a row ( every single time) my order was messed up. Last time ( today) , they even overcharged me 5+ dollars , and would not refund wirhout managers approval ( which is not in ). They have special on the window 6.99 + hst, charged me $ 13 + . Becareful when ordering here, not do they only make your order wrong, they are also thiefs !!!

Very polite and respectful staff. Brought my order to my table. Onion rings were crisp and not mangled.. like they so often are. That paired with a Mozza burger. Doesn't get any better!

These are the caramelized onions on my buddy burger. I am not impressed. They are burnt and also cold
