Super slow service, I waited 14 minutes for a matcha Latte which is insane. End product also tasted extremely rushed, bland, cold and tasteless.Avoid this location at all costs, washrooms are also out of order.

They gave the wrong UberEats order to a delivery driver who didn't check that it was correct for COURTNAY (order was for Carolyn; typical Starbucks...) and as I ordered it as a surprise delivery to my boyfriend's work it sort of ruined my day. Be careful and check orders carefully!! UberEats refunded me but it won't be processed for 3-5 days according to them so I can't even re-order it for him. Thumbs down.

Only drawback is no sitting arrangement service very slow due to lack of employees, only few who's managing everythingThis is not recommended I came here only coz of Starbucks brand value

BAD and SLOW service!Waited over 10 minutes to be assisted and another 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I ordered a drink without the inclusions for the Mango Dragon Fruit lemonade and ended up with them added. No point in saying your preferences if they don’t read the labels.I’d avoid this place at all cost, if your in a rush

Good and fast service, but ever since they removed the seating and tables like a year ago, it feels like a downgrade. looks kinda empty with nowhere to sit, study or relax, some people resort to sitting by the window on the floor. Usually every Starbucks atmosophere is welcoming to stay, but here its just grab and go

(Edited April 4, originally written Mar 29)About two days ago (Monday, Mar 27), a coffee I put a mobile order in for had snot in it. That is gross and incredibly unsanitary, and has never happened before or at any other locations. Be wary about that-I'm not really sure why it happened but I don't think it was an accident. I was able to get a refund but the experience kinda jarred me- Haven't gone back so not sure if anything was done on the stores end.Please look around to avoid this experience. Will edit this review at a later date as things change. Honestly besides this, most my experiences here were good- there's a few people here who were very nice and walking in person on my way back from groceries was very convenient.

Dear Quality assurance and management,I arrived at Starbucks, lined up and then took my order. I waited for quite awhile and then saw someone that came after me picked his order and left. I politely went to the Barista and asked where's my order and she replied loudly and rudely it's coming now"

I went here for pick up my drink but I was waiting for while( longer than estimate time ) but there was not showing my drink and then I asked the staff only said that” many online order and U could refund “ and of course, “ no sorry too “ yeah , it is no matter with the cup of coffee but I lated my bus and starting 30 mins to waiting new bus .
