Dr. Young is the best doctor I ever met. Very caring, highly professional and knowledgeable! He performed surgery to remove tonsils and adenoids for my 7 years old daughter, everything went well and now she is happy, healthy child again! My husband was having trouble with breathing through his nose, and Dr. Young fixed the problem as well! Office is always clean and nicely designed! Highly recommend Dr. Young!

Dr. Young was amazing! He is very kind, compassionate and explained everything in detail to me. Dr. Young and his stuff made sure that all of my questions were answered.I would highly recommend Dr Young and can't say enough good words about him and his stuff.

The doctor is very attentive, quickly navigates the problem, which indicates high professionalism. The doctor speaks several foreign languages, which was very convenient for me as a foreigner. Despite the heavy workload, the doctor pays enough attention to his patients. The doctor explained the problem to me until I understood everything. The doctor's office has a pleasant atmosphere and a nice interior.

I was referred to Dr. Young and couldn’t be happier. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient, and thinks outside the box when trying to find a solution to your ailment. The office is beautiful and the staff friendly. An overall amazing experience.

Dr. Young was incredibly helpful and supportive when my wife was sick with Tonsilitis. He was very attentive and provided top quality care. We are extremely thankful and appreciative! Would highly recommend this Doctor (5 star+ if I could).

Dr. Young fit me into his schedule on a friday when I had a peritonsillar abscess. Upon meeting me he immediately knew he had to drain it. Within seconds he had it drained and provided instant relief. Extremely knowledgeable Dr. and very personable. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking an ENT. 5 star staff, facility, and of course Dr.

Dr. Young is professional and welcoming. He is gentle and thorough and the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. I especially enjoyed that they are very welcoming if you need to bring your children. I love the kids play area. Furthermore, medically he is knowledgeable and very fair. Thank you Dr. Young and staff. I almost wish I needed to come more often as I enjoy my visits :)

*NOT A PAID REVIEWThe doctor knew there was an issue with my sons breathing as soon as he walked into the room, just wasn’t pleased with waiting an hour past appointment time to be seen, it’s hard to keep a 4 year old occupied for that long in a doctors office.Edit:There has been toys added to the waiting room, and I was in and out of the building in less then 30 mins, it was perfection!! My son was so excited to see toys while he waited 5mins to be seen! And I was pleased to not wait so long as well!

I hate writing bad reviews and I never really had to write a review for a medical facility until now. I've been experiencing my issue for months; it came on suddenly. I called Dr. Paul Young office; I was excited because they were able to get me in a lot sooner than other ENT facilities. The day of my appointment, I was literally seen for all of 8 minutes tops. The PA really made things worst told me I am possibly losing my hearing. At the young age that I am, how is that even possible it must be an underline issue. I was showed no empathy at all, was given a referral for a hearing test and was told I would be called once they receive my results, and we will discuss from there what to do.I went and got my hearing evaluation. I waited about a week, and I had to call Dr. Paul Young office to confirm if they received my results. I was told they'd received it and scheduled me a month out just for a consultation to discuss my results that I already had. I explained to the nurse the PA stated she would call, the nurse just said you'll have to wait for your appointment.Fast forward, the muffled hear was getting worse and I tried calling the office no answer multiple times. The nurse showed no empathy whatsoever. I honestly don't even think she informed the doctor because I never received a call back nor pointers on what I should do.The nurse has terrible customer service. I received no help from this office. I sought out another facility and was given a MRI and follow up within 2 weeks. Dr Paul Young office I was expected to wait a month for just a consultation of my results that I ALREADY had. They never helped me when I complain of my situation getting worst. Ridiculous would not recommend. They hardly ever answer they're phone.
