Rudest woman, I think she was Chinese and the one who is younger.. She was like what do you want" in a very rude manner. Bad customer service. I basically stood in line for 3 minutes

June and Natalie are 2 very pleasant women, whom I have had serve our lottery needs for many years. I prefer waiting in order to purchase lottery tickets at the mall. I've been shown respect with customer service. Never made to wait. Very pleasant.conversation

My fiancee grabbed a stack of BC 49 paper because we usually grab 50 to 100 numbers in our system because its only 1 dollar a ticket. And the rude lady working there tried to tell us to put it back, at this location they are very rude and controlling. Because the way she tries to boss us around and tell us what to do. But we are the one always buying tickets. We are empaths and its very easy to tell somebody has a personality disorder. She is very rude and no customer etiquette whatsoever.

There are 2 BC Lottery booths in Seven Oaks. The one near the he Body Shop is excellent. Sandra and Jane are extremely friendly and helpful.
