I am very happy with Don and Nicoloas, they are very cautious with the grounds. There was only one break-in through the fence and it was taken care of right away. We live in the North Shore which is known for crime, but I am happy with living here. The criminals know that they are being watched by our landlords. Thanks guys!

never had or heard of a pizza party at this place yet so must have been within a very closed group - OLD management used to work hard. that went down hill when we lost Monte and Lee- Would not recommend this place for the management but park is quiet if you do your own security
