Great Service, Great Staff, and even better wheels and tires.Mitch and Silvia were pleasant to deal with in regards to the ordering of products and their customer service.Had a minor issue with TPMS sensors after, the Manager Nebeel was quick to act and rectify the situation.Highly recommended to get your wheels are tires here.

My husband and I booked an appointment for new tire installation. What an amazing experience. Right from the first phone call to paying the bill the whole transaction was smooth. The staff is extremely friendly and such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend going to Kal Tire for all your vehicle needs. Great price on Wiper blades and tires. Thank you for everything.

Update: the customer service was really great. They did an inspection of the work, found their mistake and corrected it. A very scary experience though and could have gone much worse.Bought new tires from Kal Tire last week and was warned that there could be something wrong on the front end, so we had to schedule another appointment with the mechanic. Imagine my surprise when sure enough the 'knocking' sounds started on the weekend, I was impressed that you somehow knew we'd need more work. So a few days of stressing about what else could be wrong my teenage son and his teacher had a look for experience before we were going to get it back in with you. Long story short, we were sent home with a loose tire!! Besides being incredibly unsafe, you'd think after having to wait over 2 hours for them to be done you'd have been able to do them completely. Good news though, the teenager fixed it and there is no more knocking. Guess we will have to look for a new tire place next time though.

I went to have my seasonal tires changed, I was in and out in 45 mins. I was greeted, was comfortable while I waited, and quick transaction process. Despite the fact that I had to go back because a tire pressure sensor came on the next day, I still would say that I had a great experience. Mitch was the one who helped me both times and he was genuinely sorry that I had to go back (it was a 5 mins fix for the sensor), he was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his job and his clients. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 only because both times I called to speak to someone with some questions, I had to wait on hold upwards of 10 mins - this needs to be addressed on their end.

Great service at reasonable prices! The staff were all pleasant and friendly from start to finish and kindly provided me with an email quote when requested. When my service was taking longer than anticipated (no fault of theirs, it was because of the car design), they provided me with an update and even apologized for it. I have been to multiple Kal tire locations as I travel for work and never once have I been disappointed. I highly recommend them!!!

I am very impressed with the great, friendly and knowledgeable service I received from Mitch today. On the phone and in the store he was very helpful. He advised me on what spring/summer tires to buy for my budget and was very patient and reassuring with me. Thanks for a great experience Mitch! I'm very satisfied and will recommend Kal Tire on Big Bay Point as it was recommended to me. It was also the best price of the 4 other places I checked with 1st. Next time, thanks to Mitch, I will save time and go straight to Kal Tire.

I had a blow out on the 400 highway Friday night . I called Sylvia Saturday morning she had me in the shop with a new tire and out the door in time to make the funeral I was attending out of town. They are a first class act!!

Best place I could ever find to buy the tires. The only place where I could find Nokian Tires (best rated tires for winter in my opinion after doing lots of researches). You’ll never regret coming here. Chris is an amazing guy to deal with.

I found that booking an appointment is easier here as they're one of the few tire shops that have an online kiosk to find timeslots and give you a price.They changed my tires relatively quickly and were happy to teach me a thing or two while they were at it.They have friendly workers and a clean garage; my car was no dirtier than I had left it.
