For the love of God!!!! Please do not waste your time and your money at the brick. I’ve never seen people be so nice to you till they get you hooked on furniture. Once you’re hooked then that’s when their true colours come out. For your own mental health do not shop at the brick

When I first arrived, there wasn’t anyone on the floor to help me. Eventually, Jon C was assigned to me.Honestly, I was blown away by his level of customer service. He offered me an excellent deal on a dishwasher and range. I took his quote and shopped around. When I came back to the Brick he beat the quote that I got from another competitor by a considerable amount.He worked on his day off to ensure that I got what I needed and that I was happy. He was extremely responsive to my calls. He was also very knowledgeable about the different lines/models of products and was very transparent about the pros and cons of each which helped me make a decision on what to buy.If you are shopping at the Brick, Jon C is definitely the person you want to work with to ensure that you lock in an unbeatable price.

We just purchased a fridge and a microwave and we were thrilled with the service. Jon gave us great advice and helped us find the exactly right items for our spaces and was clearly knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Once we made our decisions, he and Ibrahim worked together with us to make sure we got what we need, sent where we need it, when we need it. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent customer service given by Jon and Ibrahim at this Brick location. We didn't even have to bother with price matching - these guys looked after us as if they were buying for themselves and we truly felt taken care of. Hands down best place to go for appliances!

Went in to buy patio furniture and knew exactly what I needed. Sales person came over and said I’d take it. Quick visit and purchasing process was easy. Delivered on time. Perfect outdoor sectional couch for the price and my dog is a huge fan! Backyard oasis in progress. Thanks to The Brick.

The bricks customer service is amazing when you are buying the products. Once the transaction is complete they don't care at all. The brick shipped me the wrong dishwasher ,(After being made to feel like I was lying about it) multiple e-mails sent, multiple pictures sent to show the wrong make, colour and model. they guaranteed the proper one would be in store in 3 weeks time. Delivery date rolls around, I book work off and call to see when its being delivered. Its been changed now for another 3 weeks later. NO one called to notify me of the change. I have been waiting for a manger to call with no luck. I'm here paying for a dishwasher for 2 months so far that I do not have. I am currently expected to store the wrong dishwasher in my front room until the new one arrives ( no expected date has been given) This is just one of the many issues I have had with this specific Brick. I highly recommend going anywhere else for your appliances!
