Really thankful for LMD team's work on my home before the snow arrived. They left the yard cleaner than they found it and I really had a great experience from start to finish. Was recommended by neighbours and I will be also recommending LMD to my family, friends and neighbours. Keep up the terrific work!

Had a shed roof done a few years ago & was pleased with the work & the cleanup done by the crew which is why I’m giving 3 stars.Next job was to fix a leak at the chimney. We were told the rest of the roof was inspected & had no issues. The representative (owner?) was not pleased that we wanted a bill & would not just pay cash at the timeHad our roof inspected to find a new leak last month & was told the roof was fine. Again, the representative (owner?) wanted cash without providing a bill. When the bill was sent, the total with tax was $40 less than what he wanted us to pay in cashToday we just had the flashing fixed ( by someone else) around the septic stack that was obviously raised & was loose enough that the wind could push it up & blow snow directly into our attic.Needless to say we will be looking elsewhere for any further roofing issuesEdited to add in response to the owner’s comment:Yes I am sure I have the correct company & since my husband insisted on getting a bill, I can even prove it.

I called Livingmydream roofing 1 days ago for a leakage problem I am facing in my garage. I thought it is because of old roof, but David came inspected the whole roof and told me that it is because of missing caulking around windows and not because of roof shingles. He was totally honest with me. I appreciate his professionalism and he will definitely be my first preference for my roof replacement whenever needed in future. Thanks again David.

We purchased our home and soon found a leak near our window down our bedroom wall. Sealed the window still leaked. Dave came out to check our roof and found that THE BUILDER had NOT SEALED A VENT!! He sealed the vent and saved us a headache, wall damage and mold.

Ive had other roofing company's come over for quotes that where way over priced and for items that didn't need to be done.. Dave came to my home and sat down and looked at the roof and told us that what i was quoted for was not accurate and not needed .. After the roof was completed ... I swear I couldn't find a shingle or nail anywhere on my property , they clean up so good that I swear I didn't get a roof installed ...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Living My Dream Roofing Roofing to anyone who likes a fair price and done by a family run company and treats your home as it was his own ...also , FYI .. since I did my roof , 3 other neighbors seen his work and purchased his services ... Dave and his team members did an amazing job on our new roof.  From start to finish they went above and beyond my expectations.  I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality and workmanship!

My roof as well as a couple of neighbors was installed a few years ago by another company called Garcia Roofing who has now gone out of business.. I noticed that water was leaking in the garage and nails were found on the driveway. Unfortunately this caused havoc to the car tires and unnecessary repairs.I called Dave at LMD and he kindly came over and inspected the lower part of the roof. He notice Jack nails were used and they were protruding off the shingles. He reinforced them back in place and sealed them in securely. Hopefully this resolves the water issue as well. Very professional service received by the owner Dave.

Had someone come check a leak. Told me there was nothing. My roof is leaking terribly and nobody answers my calls. They text me asking for my address but then no reply once they noticed it was my house. This is terrible customer service and now I have a leaking roof. My walls and roof inside the house is ruined. There is water everywhere. My number was also blocked by the main office number.

I gave David a call and he was out to look at my roof next day, and came back to me with a price cheaper than anywhere else I called, while fitting my roof in weeks before anyone else could. They did a great job throughout the process!
