I was trying to find information about administrating a very small estate, that didn’t interest most lawyers I contacted. Jacob Plotsky wouldn’t give me any information at all, he only suggested I could call him for FREE! I ended up reading the Estate Administration Act and found that a small estate doesn’t need a lawyer, even with no will! People can also apply to the court on their own, no lawyer is needed for this, either. I think it’s deplorable that lawyers want to prey on people, who are suffering and only in need of some guidance.
