Great guy. Called with a washing machine issue. Explained my options over the phone. I will only ever deal with J.P. I highly recommend him!

Super happy we called JP! He ordered the part we needed right after our first phone call and came as soon as he got it to install into our oven. We were surprised and impressed by how quick he got it done.He actually fixed a second appliance when he came that we thought was done for and since it's a common part that was broken, he had one with him.So if you're considering fixing an appliance vs getting a new one like we were, don't hesitate to call JP. He will save you a lot of money.

My dryer stopped working and I called JPs for service. They were very busy and I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. My appointment was in the afternoon and I had to call at 3-3:30 to see if someone was still coming. I do understand people get busy and unexpected things happen. He did manage to make it to my house, did a quick assessment and replaced a couple of parts. He repaired" my dryer and had me make sure it was giving out heat. It was but unfortunately after I paid my $200 repair bill and 30 minutes later after he left it stopped working again. I called and advised him of the issue and he said he was busy and would get back to me to set up an appointment. Been over 5 weeks havent heard anything so I decided it's just better to buy a new dryer rather than spend more money on my other dryer."

A man came over to fix my stove, his way of fixing it was remove the burner and leave it out. He said he did not know what the problem was but also said he would need to order a part. He was not even going to open the stove to look at it. Then because I expressed removing the burner was not an acceptable fix he said he would just leave the breaker turned off for the stove (the stove won’t turn off when I knobs are turned off) for a few weeks until he gets a part. He had no idea what part he even needed. Then he walked out of my house. WORST SERVICE EVER! The man showed up to my house rude and with attitude.

Spoke with Joe over the phone. He was kind and patient, and helped me solve my own problem! I tried to make him bill me for his expertise, but he declined. Talk about generating good karma. Would 100% use for all repair services in the future.

We had a great experience with JP's Appliance. Joe came on time, he showed us exactly what was wrong (a kinked drain tube for the dishwasher drain) and the fee was very reasonable for an appliance service call. The work was speedy (and very tidily performed) and now our dishwasher is as good as new again! I would definitely recommend JP's Appliance Repair and I would be pleased to call Joe for any other appliance repair that we may have to deal with.

Very quick and professional service at a very reasonable rate. Joe had to make 3 separate visits for a problem fridge due to some faulty parts but obtained one of the parts from another contact and did not even charge for it, nor for the extra trips. Knowledgeable guy with lots of experience. Will recommend to all!

Not overly impressed. Our dryer needed a few parts, my husband wanted to order direct from the supplier, but I insisted we try to support local during this pandemic and that was a mistake. The part took a few weeks to come (understandable), he was going to drop it off to us one day and completely forgot so we had to call him back to remind him. We got the parts, and one appears to be broken. Should have just gone through the LG website for relatively the same price.After receiving your response to my review, I will most definitely not be recommending you to anyone in the future.We called and asked if we could pick up the part as it was to be ready for pick up, you OFFERED to drop it off which, yes, was convenient, but not so convenient when you're then forgotten about. As for an international part being delayed because of the pandemic? We figured it would take some time, hence why I said it was understandable that it took a few weeks. HOWEVER...we had to REORDER the part you ordered on our behalf (as it was broken when we received it from you) and it got to our house in two days, so...

I called JP’s about ordering a control board for a gas dryer. He quoted the part at a competitive price to what I was seeing online. He then said not to order the part! Instead, while on the phone, he explained how to fix the part myself. He saved me 345$. Definaltey not what I expected. Certainly not the service I got from the other repair places in town. I’m very impressed with the service (or lack there of in this case!). Honest, reasonable and empathetic. I’ll only use, and recommend, JP’s Appliance repair.

Joe is quick, efficient, and super friendly! He fixed our non-working dryer in less than an hour, and even had the required parts in his vehicle. We will most definitely be calling JP Appliance Repair again when necessary in the future. Thanks, Joe!
