This is my favourite nail place. Consistent results with shellac manicures and pedicures. Both locations are excellent but you can usually get an appointment or walk-in faster at Willow Park since it is new. Beautiful space, well lit and clean.

Best place I have gone to get my nails

Excellent new nail place! They really roll out the red carpet with some nice surprise extras. I walked in here after noticing it was a new place in Willow Park next to my favourite sushi place, Ginza. They greeted me and offered my choice of a speedy service or more relaxed and had a selection of beverages to choose while I got my nails done. The manager and staff were very nice and accommodating to my needs. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely be back. Find more of my favourite things on Instagram @greengenco

I will never be coming back here again! The youngest lady who did my nails on Sunday first complained about the choice of style I wanted ( several different colors) so I decided to do black with pink sparkle on the tips. Shellac...She started doing the normal thing with prepping my nails, however what I noticed was her cutting a lot of skin around my nails, usually I wouldn't be concerned cause it's normal however it was a lot. I came in today ( tuesday) explained that around my nails have been really bothering me and both the owner and the young lady said there's nothing wrong with them. I explained how much pain I'm in and I want my money back the owner said this will be the last time you come in then said let's take the Shellac off I agreed. While sitting there the young lady lied and said she never took any skin off my fingers and just drilled and then decided to say I said that I hurt my finger before which was another lie. I explained to the owner I'm a honest person and I wouldn't lie about this. They made me feel like everything was my fault and put me in tears. They had no issue trying to say everything in front of other customers to. By the way I only got half of my money back and 5 dollars for the tip. All I can say is I will never come back here again. Very unprofessional and even worse customer service. I should also mention when I got home there all my nails were red on the cuticle there were some cuts that's the owner didn't see.I'd like to point out since I just saw your post it's unfortunate that your staff lied to you. I did get my skin removed from my nails and not once have I had an irritation! I have on my back statement 57.00 you gave me 33.00 plus 5 dollars. I have no interest in entering your business.

Luxe nail bar is super clean, bright, and pretty! Everyone working there is so friendly and kind! I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and I have to say that this is the best nail fill I’ve received. It wasn’t rushed and I’m extremely happy with the results. I will be so happy to come back and I highly recommend visiting!

Loved my ombre gel nails with French manicure and the gorgeous calming atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience! I was exited to try this new place.I had a pedicure and manicure, however left unhappy and stressed.The young lady that works there, definitely shouldn’t be doing this line of work.I understand we all have bad days but this was unacceptable.Really sad!!

I had a great first experience at this salon today with Helen. My usual aesthetician is out of town so I booked a full set of gel nail extensions with nail art and Helen did an impeccable job. I’ll be back!

Michael is an amazing nail tech. He did a great job. I’ve gone twice and loved my nails both times.
