My family last night had dinner there. We love the Well . But something odd happened last night my sister Inlaw had a hair in her fish . Told the waiter an he just ignored her saying something about it . Think you have lost some customers.. we are Regulars

My husband and I frequent The Well and usually have a fabulous time, but tonight we were more than disappointed. We were happy to find a table on the almost empty patio but began our night of waiting on service there. We both work in the industry and because of this we are usually understanding when the service is slow but the restaurant wasn't busy AT ALL and we honestly felt neglected by our server, Catherine. At the end of our meal we were beyond frustrated and actually ended up going and paying inside because we refused to wait any longer and another server was nice enough to ring us out. To top that off they were 86 chicken, fish, meatballs and ginger beef (so half their menu?!). Thankfully the food was awesome as always and the only reason that I'm giving two stars for this review. Hopefully next time we won't be leaving so frustrated.

waited 45 mins and only one plate of food came out for the whole restaruant (which only had about 4 tables sat) beforewe decided to pay for our drinks and go somewhere else. had to leave a 20 on the table because no worker would acknowledge anyone. they had a live performer but they kept turning up their own music as he tried to perform

One of the most underrated breakfasts in ridge. Incredibly cheap prices for a delicious breakfast. If you can avoid sitting at a slot machine on the way out, then it’s great value!

Wonderful staff, amazing food, and very enticing atmosphere. We had the Mac n cheese w/broccoli and bacon, the beef dip, and a Ruben. Absolutely amazing and all for a decent price. Would definitely recommend and go again.

It was our first time here last month and we popped in for lunch. We were very impressed with the $9 price tag on the flatbread pizza so that's what we ordered!! I had the Mediterranean" which is nicely finished with some fresh

Actually 0 stars, when my wife and I tried to go for date night, 2 days before the vaccine passport ended we were greeted at the front door of the casino and asked for our vaccine passports which we showed. Then when asked for ID, I showed my paper licence as I just renewed my licence a couple weeks prior, and didn’t have my regular picture. In the two weeks before this I had been too many other places that had no problem with this but at this place it was not acceptable. Now if a police man were to pull me over this would be ok because it is my LICENCE. But at this business it was not. So I showed my Costco card which has my name and picture, but if course that was no good so I tried to show him a picture of my passport, but he wouldn’t look or accept that also. By this time I was extremely aggravated, and he was getting impatient, and basically asked us to go and come back with proper ID. Now I must say, at this point it took everything I had to be cool about it but I can promise you I would never ever go back after the treatment we had on this night. And I would recommend no one else does either!!
