Recently spoke with one of their sales representative regarding getting a quote for solar panel installation. I was given a great proposal and he went point by point with me and took the time to explain everything in great details. I will definitely consider them if I decide to move ahead with this project.

I've been around the solar community for a while now. XOLAR went through a rough patch a few years ago, but I can say that they have really turned things around. Solid team, good knowledge, great value.

**Update, their response below is 6 paragraphs of fluff. It's been 4 days since their BS reply, no one has contacted me, no one has emailed to follow up. Trying to save face on a Google review. Glad I won't be dealing with a company that is clearly disorganized & unprofessional.Simply awful customer service. Filled out application form for a free quote, received an automated email from a Justin Burns, was told to schedule a google meet initial call. Scheduled it & on the day of, did not hear from anyone, sent email follow up, called Justin directly, left voicemail. It's been 5 days & no one from their office has reached out. Note sure if this is a one-off, but if you have interest in going solar this outfit has completely dropped the ball from the get go. Maybe someone from their office can reach out to us, otherwise we'll be utilizing another company.

Spencer is timely, knowledgeable and well prepared for the initial phone call. Follow up is excellent. Very considerate of the clients needs and wants. This will be a good relationship.

I have had a great experience with Chris . He has helped me with all my issues and questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Hired Xolar to install Trina solar panels with Tigo inverters and SMA inverter back in 2022 given that they offered the best return on investment based on all the quotes I had received.After a full month of solar production, very happy to see the system is working as expected. My first Toronto Hydro bill with this net meter arrangement was a credit of 41.31 (all fees included!). Like any project, there were some hiccups along the way, but the team at Xolar resolved all of them to our satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing how the system performs over the next 25-30 years!

Spencer presented a compelling pitch on why installing solar panels on our home makes sense....also the presentation materials and graphs were well done and easy to understand.

You should cover by summary the down payment and investment payment of goods and services required to complete the project installation for government approval up front on first contact to client and conversation to fully disclose the client’s initial cost and eventual return once government approval repays the client this way you come across honest by transparency instead of back loading the cost at the end of the proposalSteve Kitching
