Danielle was so helpful today with my mum and I when we came in to purchase a pedestal for our dryer! She went above and beyond to price match and get one put on hold for us at another store. As usual Best Buy has top notch customer service!

Got my iphone 13 here. The dude who help me was so enthusiastic and joyful. So i desired to scoop a PS5 too. Give him quite a bit of commission sale. Next day surprisingly he went to the place i work to get food. Dude act like he never meet me before and it wild.

I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing customer service Chris from the Mobile department yesterday. He was helping me solve some issues with my current provider and also gave me sound information on other providers with better rates. Yesterday I have activated two phones and saving money. Thank you for being super patient with me and someone from the managment team please give this employee a raise or at least free lunch :)

I have spent over 4k on this place on electronics in the past 2 months I have enjoyed them all except I accidently bought the wrong external harddrive for my ps5 and then trying to return it they said in a nice way they basically said eat it! I did.... 140 bucks wasted unfortunate I went back a second time to buy a psvr2 and after getting vertigo I said I don't like it I'd like to return it they said no... go eat it again ! With no remorse and no explanation before I bought it they said look at the fine print on ur recipet it says it there horrible service horrible policy and I will never be returning again back to Wal mart it is which I didn't wanna go to but unbelievable somehow Walmart has more respect than best buy and best buy is done I hope this helps u not go and shop here

Got help from Damien and he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to offer and how to consult during a sales process. He knew all the features and provided Excellent recommendations and service. Very impressed. Best Buy should have a growth and rewards plan for him if he wants to take advantage of it.

Got great help while shopping here. Be careful with Fairestone purchases. Sometimes your loan has to be paid within the time period requested and the kids who helped me told me it would just start collecting monthly interest. Really check the loan your getting before final purchase and make sure your comfortable with it. Other than that I am very happy.

My MacBook Pro was acting up so I took it to a place in Georgian Mall and said they couldn't help me as my laptop was classified as obsolete " Took it to Bestbuy and the Geek Squad had it back to normal and updated in 2 days ! Should have taken to Best Buy in the first place. These guys are awesome and very helpful and the service is second to none. Many thanks !!"

On March 15, we travelled to Barrie to pick up a Dash Cam from Best Buy. Ben, who served us was very knowledgeable, and friendly, and made sure we had the right device for our needs. During Firmware update, the camera froze and on March 22, we returned for an exchange. The two gals at the service desk were fantastic and very helpful. Since there were none in the store, they had one shipped to us. It arrived by Purolator the next day. Wonderful service and staff. We will certainly be back

Had a simple issue listed under quick fix. My laptop casing had a few missing screws and was coming apart. Geek squad agent Michael instantly fixed my problems and waved the $40 quick fix fee. Great service, great employee.
