Really polite and helpful staff. I just dropped off a trailer from a long trip and they were more than happy to drive my vehicle and park the trailer themselves and unhook the equipment. I highly recommend using U-Haul especially from this location.

Customer care is A1 with this establishment. we went to the yard to pick up our trailer but there was no dolly or blankets in it. they helped us hook up our trailer and got the gear for us right away! The two men were very kind and gave us great service!

My parents rented a uhaul to move my 3 bedroom house and the dealer was pushing them a truck that was suitable for a 2 bedroom apartment. He was so certain that all of my things would fit. Of course it didn’t and we ended up having to stuff things into other people cars to the brim.On top of that? My old father had to drive the truck because it was under his name and was never disclosed that the air conditioning didn’t work. Are you #%^*ing kidding me?! We have it rented out from June 21 until next week. It’s summer FFS. The least you could do as a dealer is ensure comfortability for your clients. Never again. This place is absolute garbage. Go somewhere else! They just wanna make a buck and couldn’t care about you. I’d recommend Enterprise.

We had excellent service from both staff very accommodating, vehicle very clean x2, and milage, gas, etc., for each vehicle was exactly as indicated on rental agreement. I will definitely rent from this dealer again.

Vehicle is in kilometers. They charge you as if it were in miles.ie. my 33km trip was charged as if it were 50+km.When confronted the staff deflected and tried to give me some baloney about the odometer changing from kms to miles depending on who is renting it and stood firm that I was wrong.After going through the regional management I was able to get a refund. They openly tried to scam me, I wonder how many victims they got this way.

Sometimes they run a bit late in the mornings, but otherwise have always had great service renting both trucks and trailers.

The staff were polite enough however the van was filthy, the odometer reading was off so make sure to confirm that before you leave and U-haul itself has a TERRIBLE policy of making the customer guess where half a tank of fuel is - the amount you are to return the vehicle with, and the staff couldn't give a logical reason as why they were different from every other rental vehicle company out there who says to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas...and the fuel gauge guide of litres per increment of tank they provide is way off. I ended up giving the next customer a nice gift of extra fuel.

Great experience. Prebooked a 15 ft truck a few weeks ago. Did the paperwork on line the night before. All good when I arrived for the truck. Ratham was polite and professional. He explained the fuel required at drop off with a paper guide as well. I've rented from this location before and will again. Close access to 400 hwy.

Went to this location after a terrible experience with the Bradford st location. The gentleman working the counter was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and friendly. I will be back for sure.

The guy in the office has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Has no idea how to organize this location. Blaming us for things that are not in our control, because he had made a mistake when we booked. Horrible. Please go somewhere else I beg you, these people do not deserve your money
