Nice stools but poor customer support. Contacted them about replacement glides for our 6 stools. The originally wore out and we needed replacements since the stools are used on hardwood floors. They never bothered to respond to my inquiry on their site.

We carry TRICA at Form Furniture in Ottawa and we are only getting positive reviews and feedback regarding their quality and designs. Also everything we have ordered so far arrived on time with excellent packaging (very important in the furniture business.) We are proud to offer this Canadian Made line.

stools are fine ... customer service doesn't care ...the service ends once you pay this company for their productsBEWARE ... you'll be frustrated and annoyed down the road if you need them for anything .... !!!!!!!!!

Nous avons acheté une table Trica modèle CUBO chez Maison Corbeil fait sur mesure en acier inoxidable en novembre 2020 fabriqué par Trica. Moins de 2 ans plus tard sans utiliser de produit abrasif (seulement du Windex pour laver la vitre ) le fini (vernis) du contour de la table s'enlève et la compagnie refuse de réglé le problème. Pourtant sur leur site web, il indique une garantie de 10 ans ?? Ils veulent nous envoyer du vernis pour peinturer nous-même, le câdre pour réglé le problème ! Nous sommes très décu de la qualité et du service après vente...Pour soit disant, un produit haut de gamme...Pensez-y !

My consumer order for Trica bar stools has been delayed again. Trying to get answers from the store I purchased the Trica stools has been futile since Trice continues to make promised delivery dates and miss them. My call direct to Trica customer service has left me even more disappointed as I was told ...don't worry..."

Globalement le produit m'apparaît de bonne qualité mais seul le temps le dira. La où ça ne passe pas c'est au niveau de la résolution d'un problème. Premièrement les patins de chaise avaient été oubliés. Ça arrive et je suis compréhensif. On m'en envoie rapidement par la poste mais ils font des traces noires sur le plancher. Le service à la clientèle me dit que le problème est mon plancher (en bois) et me disent d'aller m'acheter des feutres. Pour moi et surtout pour le prix payé, ce n'est simplement pas une réponse acceptable. Des feutres ça ne tient pas longtemps sur du mobilier qui se déplace autant. J'ai beaucoup de difficulté à croire que mon plancher est spécial" et que c'est hautement inhabituel.- En réponse à la réponse. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle et on m'a dit d'aller m'acheter des feutres. Pour le prix payé c'est décevant. Pour le reste je suis satisfait du produit jusqu'à présent."

Beautiful furniture but terrible service.I bought a bedroom set from Trica ,Hoping to encourage local manufacturers. When I received itThey forgot to put the screws for theBed , the night tables came wrongColour, and dresser drawers were chipped . Almost a year later I am toldThat the replacement glass for drawers have not arrived.

****************************BEWARE*****************************Horrible Customer Service and Illegal WarrantyI purchased 3 Barstools through an authorized Trica Dealer with a 10 year warranty. It's been 7 years since I got them and now since my chairs are discontinued" they will no longer warrant them. I explained to them if thats the case then they need to be replaced with 3 new chairs of the equivalent model. As a resolution they offered my retailer a credit of $50 per damaged chair and since It's only 2/3 $100 total. Unethical and truthfully illegal warranty. I'm sure they will have some sort of excuse in the comments how they are not at fault. For reference I was dealing with Emma who does not understand customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY REPUTABLE!!!!"

quality stool, great warranty, made in canada, excellent selections of metals, fabrics and woods.
