Been a customer for many years and the staff has been exceptional from the very beginning. Always have the latest trends and designer brands in stock. I broke my glasses and needed an emergency pair right away, their team was able to sort me out with a new pair of glasses within the hour. 10/10 service!

What a great customer experience! Everyone who works here is so helpful, the doctor took the time to conduct a thorough exam, patiently explained everything and genuinely seemed to care about our eye health. Our consultation to order frames and lenses was also very thorough and the consultant spent a lot of time with us suggesting options that best suited our needs. I’m always wary about optometry stores trying to push expensive frames and up selling unnecessary features but this place didn’t do that at all! Very impressed with the care and great service from everyone here!

Me and my son got our eye exams done by Dr. Shaukat and she was amazing! The staff and the doctors were super helpful at answering any questions and concerns I had!Would recommend to others as well. They are really good at what they do!

The space is sooo small. Always busy no matter what time day. I went like 10:05 am, they open at 10am. There was already one family with a child and one couple. They have quite a few ladies at the front desk so service is usually pretty decent. The girls are knowledgeable. The Dr.s are very good here.

I recently visited Brampton Optometrist and was impressed with the quality of service and the speed at which I was able to get a new pair of glasses.I would highly recommend Brampton Optometrist for anyone in need of lenses at an affordable price.

I went there to buy glasses today. I was looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it anywhere in GTA. Mahavir and Gurleen were really helpful and they actually got me the specific style i want. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Don’t go to Dr Bansal, she rushes through your appointment. Had it happen to me and also the rest of my family. Then my grandmother saw Dr Sandhu and she couldn’t stop praising her, she’s a very kind and helpful doctor. ***ended up getting a call from this clinic the next day for this review and they threatened by saying either remove this review or no one from our address can visit this clinic again!*** ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I will ask all of my friends and family to post their genuine reviews for this joke of a clinic! This clinic could’ve gone a completely different route, reached out to me about maybe how they may go about correcting any concerns I have, but instead they called and threatened to refuse service. I’ll be submitting a complaint to the COO. Thank you

value for money service and big shout out to Dr. Zarish Shaukat for listening and guiding in proper-way and i was glad to see how quickly things were happening and I was done in 20minutes of time.
