This woman didn’t listen to police when they told her to leave the 18 dogs behind during a fire evacuation. She found a way. Lisa, you are my hero.I dialed your number when the post for help went up, I waited a few seconds to really think, am I in a position to help, being so close to the fire. The next thing I knew we were being evacuated ourselves & I was no help as I had my own 7 pets and memories. To see today, that all pups were safely taken away from the facility was the small bit of hope we needed.

While my dog has had fun attending daycare and the manager/staff were always pleasant, the professionalism of the owner is severely lacking. From being snarky over the phone when checking out if there was space for my dog (we live an hour away so check before we leave), to getting angry with me because my dogs collar and AirTag were pulled off and I tracked it to the daycare and called to get it back, to bring downright rude during pickup, and now leaving evacuation of the dogs to the very last second causing complete chaos shows the lack of professionalism and care for the dogs & owners. Getting to the point of having someone running through the woods to get animals out is absolutely negligent on the owners behalf.I know that my dog will not be returning, what if this happened again and she waiting two minutes too long? I wouldn’t risk my animals life when every other daycare in the area was already packing up dogs and getting out in a safe and timely manner.

This is an amazing place for your pet to stay. The staff are excellent with the pets.It was very comforting for my wife and I to be able to check in on our pup during his stay via the live action cameras. So many good things to say! Very clean, staff on site 24 hrs., lots of room to run in the caged yard. Excellent prices too!

My Mother in law’s dog loves it here. Web cams are a great idea too so you have proof of what goes on around there when you have people claim things that are untrue. I see people kicking them while they’re down over not evacuating the dogs sooner but where would you like her to put them all on her roof? They literally wouldn’t let vehicles in to help when she originally asked for it. I think she did her best in the chaos that ensued.

5 stars for the heroism of Lisa Parsons (Who is listed on the website as the manager) during the evacuation due to rapidly spreading fires. After being advised by first responders that there was not a plan in place to evacuate the animals, Lisa selflessly and courageously ran 3 km ON FOOT through an evacuation zone to rescue all 18 dogs on site. My wish for any pet boarding organization is that they would treat the animals staying with them like their own. Lisa's recue efforts demonstrated this 100 times over.

I would give these folks 5 stars for successfully evacuating 18 dogs during the fires. Special mention to Lisa Parsons who, after being told by law enforcement the animals couldn't be evacuated, went on foot to reach the dogs and from there organized their evacuation in the midst of the fires. I would be happy to leave my dog at a place that takes this much are of the animals on their care.

I want to thank Lisa Parsons for her bravery and tenacity in the rescue of 18 dogs during the height of the fire in the Hammonds Plains area!! We do need to improve rescue plans to remove animals in harms way.Lisa EllsworthCape Breton NS

I love taking my dog here! I have a 6 month old boxer puppy and he needs to burn energy! No better place to do it than here! The staff is great and you can tell they love dogs! Plus you can see your dog on their web cams playing with other dogs! When it rains, they have a big room in the building that they bring them all inside in.

We started bringing our yorkie this winter to help socialize him more. He was nervous at first but they eased him into it. Now he is excited for the days he gets to go! They've been incredible with him and his ability to socialize is so much better now.

Oscar, our pup loves his time here! The staff and owners have been great to us :) Highly recommend
