After suffering a grade 2 tear of my hamstring, I called Strive to set up some physiotherapy to assist in the rehab process. My experience, from the first moment, has been incredible! Stacy at the front desk who is always there to help with a smile and gentle encouragement. Dr. Moldes, who has now joined me on my journey to wellness and has already done more for me than any doctor I have seen in the past. And Andrew, my incredible physiotherapist, who has worked skillfully and tirelessly to get me moving and healed much quicker than I ever thought possible. THANK YOU!

I was referred to Dr Moldes ~18 months ago for an ongoing issue with my hip (almost 8 years now).I can't say enough amazing things about her and the team she works with! Every step of the way she's not only been supportive and encouraging, she also reached out to colleagues once we went past what she could do for me. She helped get me to the right people to figure out what my issue was, and where to go from there. She's also responded to emails or called me after-hours just to talk through things (when I emailed the clinic letting her know I needed surgery, she called me that night!). That's certainly not something I would have ever expected.She goes out of her way to help her patients and is not only an amazing practictioner, but a lovely and caring human.Since seeing Dr Moldes, I've seen a few colleaguesbin her clinic, got my referral to an orthopedic surgeon, (finally) gotten my proper diagnosis, had surgery, done physio with Andrew (also so amazing to work with!) and now I feel as though I am back to 100% - and I'm not even 4 months post-op yet!!Dr Moldes and Andrew have been an amazing part of my (pre- and) post-op team, and the admin staff have also been very helpful and lovely every time I'm there!I definitely recommend her and her amazing team ☺️

James, massage therapist 5*, all the stars, after one therapeutic shoulder massage I was able to put my hands on my hips for the first time in a year. Wish I'd gone last year. He is seriously helping my mobility!!

Dr Marnie Lavigne saves the day! My shoulder, sore for many months, took a turn for the worse and within a day limited any elevation, movement and sleep. I was also expected to be at work later that afternoon.I saw Dr Lavigne who after a careful exam, accurately diagnosed this was likely an acute on chronic subacromial issue ( bursitis or tendonosis) and suggested a cortisone injection. Painless ultrasound procedure under her skilled hands. Had an unrestricted 6 hours at work, slept fantastic that night. I was golfing in a few days!Thanks for your expertise!!!

I was dealing with a back problem so severe that I was in constant pain, could barely walk and it was getting worse…..after the very first visit I was able to walk and the pain had reduced dramatically and I have been getting better and better with every visit!!!That staff were amazing and Dr. Mark Rocca gave me my life back!!!I Highly Recommend

James was my massage therapist and I can't begin to describe the level of professionalism, care and knowledge James has. He treated my chronic neck pain and it is the best I have felt after a massage! Highly recommend James and Strive for quality care!

Recently, I started experiencing pain in my lower back and after weeks of needless suffering finally went to see Dr Mark Rocca, at Strive Sport& Exercise Medicine, recommended to me by my massage therapist, for treatment. He was able to see me on the same day I called and after assessing my injury, treated me immediately. After the first visit, I experienced an 80% reduction in discomfort, and after my 2nd visit, 2 days later, I'm almost completely pain free.I have scheduled 2 more visits to ensure the active release therapy he is providing does the trick, combined with the at home exercise plan.I cant say enough good things about his communication style, professional ease and expertise. I'm really happy to have found a great Chiro/therapist in the Barrie area.
