L'agent de location était fort sympatique, mais ce dernier ne m'a jamais mentionné qu'une charge de 350$ serait automatiquement prélevé sur ma carte. Aucun service de raccompagnement pré ou post location mais on m'a remboursé le frais de taxi pour aller chercher la voiture. Le prix promotionnel de Costco n'a pas été respecté. Bon choix de voitures.

We requested and prepaid for a minivan. On arrival the clerk said they did not have a minivan available and offered us a Chevy Suburban. My daughter was the driver and was not comfortable driving such a large vehicle in Old Quebec City where we were staying. I could see at least 2 minivans on the lot but he said something regarding them and the airport and he could not allow us to have one of those. In short, we had no choice but to take the Suburban because we were six people. Fortunately, my daughter had no problems with the oversized car but we will never rent from Avis again.
