WELCOME | torchlighttattoo | Torchlight Tattoo was founded by Chris Winterson in 2014 with the intention of creating a healing and peaceful creative space where clients receive the highest standard of service with compassion and kindness. Through our art, we explore the spaces where our bodies, minds, and spirits interconnect, and are privileged to have the opportunity to serve our community in meaningful and mutually supportive ways.

Chris is a focussed artist and who is a master at his work. I love all three of my beautiful tattoos. Very clean place and his spouse has a beautiful display of her artistry as well...pottery and jewelry. I love my mug...so beautiful!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Torchlight to date. Chris was extremely accommodating throughout the consultation and design process. Both he and Andrea were very welcoming of me into their space, and Chris made me feel comfortable throughout our first sitting on my chest piece. The atmosphere is extremely calming and unlike any other studio I've visited, and Chris' work is top notch. I'm looking forward to returning to finish this piece and am excited to have more work completed by Chris in the future.

I have two medium sized tattoos that Chris has done for me and I absolutely love them and frequently get compliments on them! I always feel happy and comfortable going to the shop, I also love chatting with his wife who is sometimes around while I'm getting tattooed❤️He really listens to what I want and we come to an agreement together on how it is going to look best on me. I completely trust his artistic talent and his professional opinion.I highly recommend! ❤️

Chris is an absolutely amazing artist! Professional, courteous and so thoughtful and kind! His shop is so peaceful and relaxing, I have never been so relaxed getting tattooed before.His work is fantastic and his attention to all the small details is mind-blowing. Between the wonderful vibes of his studio, his friendly personality, and his incredible artistry, I can't see myself wanting to go anywhere else for another tattoo.Chris constructed a tattoo design based off a description I provided, worked with me on final details and tweaks, and executed his art flawlessly. Absolutely fantastic quality and service. Very clean welcoming place. Chris is such a great artist. Hes very polite, patient and makes sure you're comfortable during the tattoo process. I couldn't be more satisfied in how my tattoo turned out. I love it the second I looked into the mirror. Ill definitely be returning back to Torchlight to get some more tattoos done.highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a tattoo done.

The atmosphere is exactly what I needed. Calm and soothing and clean, inspiring even. The couple who run the studio/gallery are so kind and generous and the conversation is lovely, but Chris is also content to let you doze and meditate if you need to (which I find helpful sometimes). Highly recommend if you're looking for an incredible piece of art. Can't wait to go back for the rest of my pieces.
