Love the vibe here! Coffee is pretty good! The people are super friendly and helpful! The store is bright, the chairs are pretty comfortable. I always recommend this place to people.

Cool kids making cool coffee. Smaller seating area compared to the other location, but the same immaculate vibes. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who give a dang about good coffee :)

Love this new Bright Jenny location! great vibes and good music. The very friendly staff recommended the lavender latte to me and it was amazing! Best coffee shop in Kelowna hands down!

The drinks (iced masala chai, iced masala chai with oat milk, iced maccha) were just flavored milk. The atmosphere and general appearance are nice, however there was an annoying sound in the back of the building the entire time, I think it was an ultrasound machine from the pet clinic next door.

I am giving this brand a skip after too many poor customer service experiences. The owner of this business doesn't even go to work anymore. workers paid by deep pockets elsewhere.Never seen u on site bro. Honestly just spend a week at your own establishment and youll get it

Pizza pockets were delicious! Staff did not seem to be that happy to be at work though. Have had much better experiences at the original Bright Jenny Cafe
