Head softball coach at Edinboro University, rented 4 Vans in Florida , Orlando, March 3, 2023 While we were loading up vans with all our personal stuff and equipment a car was coming down the lane and the driver was not paying attention, swerved and drag are bat bag with 18 bats valued at about $400.00 a piece, The bats were OK a little more for where, destroyed a $200.00 bat bag. The manager Brendon was asked to find out who was the driver of the car, he said he could not, gave a description of the car, I was told that there were also no cameras in there so they could not see them, I found that hard to believe but we ended up Cracking 5 bats during the season. I do not know if the dragging had anything to do with this but I have never seen this before. What if that was one of the player who was hit? the car was out of control and the driver just kept going. The players jumped out of the way. I do not think that it was the manager handled very professionally.

Smart mouth, sassy employees. Car given to me as a rental had dirty windows. Staff did not notify me that they mischarged my credit card, then to add insult to injury I had to get my insurance provider involved to obtain my deposit back.Have your employees learn basic customer service protocols, and possibly learn how to dress in a half way professional manner.Finally, the third party survey processor that they use doesn't even have the link they sent activated to actually leave comments about their business, just mind boggling.

I highly recommend goin else where I had a reservation for a car rental for 1 week it said 439.99 for the week plus a deposit.. when I got there gave them my info n reservation my total came to $911 plus a 300$ deposit.. I had no other choice but to take it how did it go from 439.99 to $912 .. never will rent a car from them again i have proof of all of this too.. sounds more like a scam CALL AROUND TO EVERYWHERE ELSE BEFORE CALLING HERE ..TRUST ME

Booked a standard size rental and got a confirmation email. Upon reaching the shop all they have is a small size car and it will be the same price as a standard size car. Then the guy talks to someone and says no it’s reserved for someone else and all they have is a truck. He claimed he is an intern and messed up.Apparently the other customer booked earlier in the week. We’ll guess what - I have a reservation too and enterprise does not have a time based reservation preference.Ok fine I’ll take the truck despite it not having a bed cover and we have luggage. However, since it’s a truck now there is an extra charge for it. I don’t see why have to pay extra for a reservation that was confirmed.End of the day enterprise is no better than the other rental companies. They used to be good but they are no longer able to keep up and are resorting to tricky policies and passive aggressive customer service.

I had a great overall experience. Everyone was very nice and the vehicle I was given was clean and looked brand new. My questions were answered and they made it a stress free process. Would definitely recommend!

All the folks at the Erie-Peach location do a great job. Branch office manager Mike Langer has always been a pleasure to work with.

Horrible staff, Horrible service, Horrible experience. Attempted to pick up our rental at 4pm and was refused because I had a state issued temporary license. The staff were being rude and condescending during this exchange. A member of our family rented instead and we had to sit in their lobby for over a hour and a half. During this time we saw the staff be rude and refuse rental to several other clients for similarly absurd reasons. We got the rental around 6 pm and decided to return the car. Car and keys were on site by 9:30 pm same day and we still were charged a full day. The car was driven less than 2 miles. Not even a full business hour, disrespectful staff, and we were charged over a hundred bucks. Will never return and encourage others to avoid.

Terrible customer service. I reserved a 15-passenger Van 8 days in advance. I received a call 2 days before I was supposed to pick the van up and they let me know that they had no van!! Now I’m scrambling to find a 15-passenger van when I could have been alerted right away and had adequate time to find a van. This branch sucks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Call the State Street store to actually talk to someone on the phone. My wife and I were hit and the insurance company set up a rental for us. We called this location at 12 and 4 both times no one answering on a Friday. We decided to drive down early before we dropped our car to get fixed and the guy was rude saying he's not sure why no one answered and that there are no cars available and showed no sympathy We arrived with our reservation number and now have to drive the whole way back home to borrow a car while ours is getting fixed because they don't have one??!
