Concord Pacific Developments Inc. (Head Office)

Basically an office to deal with Concord. It has a nice layout and is easy to locate if you have to do business with them.

Worst possible experience, as a tenant in a new unit at concord hillside west rented out by prompton.First month:After moving in - autodoor doesn't work - which is fine, but they didnt know how to turn it off, and it kept trying to close the door and making a noise, so they turned off a breaker which supplied power to half the house. Took them more than 1 month to get a technician in. For one and half months half the house had no power. They had no updates when we tried to contact. Also there is no customer support contact number. They keep asking us to contact customer support over email.Second month:Lights started flickering and surge protectors showed that sockets are not grounded. Power in the sockets was coming on and off. Thermostat / HVAC in half the house stopped working. Sent them an email" because no other way to reach them. Took the entire day and they had apparently sent over a technician who had knocked at the door and left & they didn't think to call to check. The entire day working from home

Not impressed!One Pacific is a nice looking building but don't look too close

I would advise anyone to not buy in a Concord Pacific building.I live in TV Towers 233 Robson St.I would say it's the worst built building I have ever lived in.Constant elevator shut downs.And constant faulty fire alarms that we are always needing to evacuate the building for.Not to mention the shoddy build in the apartments.Just a horribly built buildingBuy with another developer......
