TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The worst experience I had in a TD branch: Unwelcoming and asking customers to leave the branch before the official closing time with no reasonable reason.Also in other experiences I noticed that there is probably a training issue in this branch. One-time the person who served me wasn't able to enter a physical address and mailing address separately. Another time, a customer service agent was not able to provide an exchange rate!?Anyways after multiple bad experiences. I'm not going back to this branch anymore although I live close by.Other TD branches has better service with kind welcoming and professionalism.

The staff members are super friendly and they make sure the clients understand everything he wants.

Great bank branch. Very casual, modern and relaxed. Has a great view of the old city hall through the glass walls. The furnishing is more like a casual artsy cafe rather than a typical bank.A giant screen gives weather predictions and news headlines, tweets etc.

There is always long lines at this location. It’s a big space with a lot of room to sit but seems a little unnecessary. Do patrons actually sit to hang out at a bank? I’ve never seen it. There is access to the PATH of you go down the stairs.

Went in 30 minutes before closing and the teller (Michael) was very rude to me. He unintentionally threw the debit card machine at me - a bit aggressive for someone trying to help" at a bank. Not the first comment about rudeness but I still have to put this review out there. I'd be fired if I was caught with this attitude at my job."

The teller with the name started from Ri.. didn’t know how to do the customer service. Was here around 1:15pm, giving me attitude tapping the desk when I’m making sure the money is correct as it’s not my problem that you don’t have enough changes for me, and even asked for the next customer come upfront before I done packing personal information. Disrespectful!

By far this has been the most unwelcoming, unprofessional and quite honestly condescending TD team I have had the misfortune to deal with. The teller was abrupt, impolite and quick to let me know I should go to another bank to deposit my cheque. I then asked Margaret for assistance, explaining that I had never experienced a similar situation, but she took no interest in us being old-time TD clients and advised us to go to RBC to deposit our cheques even though we regularly deposit at TD and had never, ever had any issues whatsoever. I then went to the branch on King/Bay and had my cheque deposited in no time, courteously and professionally. I'd avoid going to that Bay/Queen TD branch again. The worst experience and lesson how NOT to deal with polite regular customers of the bank.

This is the best TD Trust downtown branch newly renovated and reopened this year. Glass like a green house full of light from all glass facade. An animated screen so huge across its wall near ceiling projecting people images, welcoming customers to enjoy banking. Cushioned seats at the front street level and down near The Path subway maze. Make yourself free coffee as a customer downstairs.The grass is greener on this side...

Long line employees standing around no sense of urgency. Way out of line with the level of service I want from my bank. Need to work at reducing lines. Not enough tellers at the desks for a busy lunch hour. Managers a little blind to this.
