Beautiful and spotless apartments. The staff are the friendliest and kindest I've ever met; they are always ready to help. Everything in the building is in excellent condition. The best apartment experience by far.

Great location! Our room was newly renovated and they made sure everything was ready before we move in. Tess and Liz are incredible and so reliable! They’re always ready to help and are always keen to answer inquires. Keep up the good work!

1. Very good location, accessible to bus stops, pharmacy, grocery stores, mall, restaurants and the registry. It’s very near the hospital and clinic, in case of any health emergencies.2. Quiet neighbourhood.3. Management responds quickly to maintenance work. They can easily be contacted, especially Ms. Liz and Ms. Tess.4. Building and the environment are well maintained.

I just had to share my amazing experience living at Canyon Pointe Apartments! The staff here are absolutely incredible when it comes to keeping the place spotless and safe. Seriously, they go above and beyond.During winter the maintenance team clears out the parking lot and salts the walkways. Regular vacuuming and mopping of stairs, always squeaky clean!Marites Leyba, the building manager has been so helpful and accommodating, making our move-in and move-out a breeze. Marites totally gets us and has been a lifesaver. If I had to choose an apartment again, you bet I'd pick Canyon Pointe Apartments without a second thought. The staff here are top-notch, and with Marites leading the way, you know you're in good hands. I can't recommend Canyon Pointe Apartments enough!

I never had issues staying in this Apartment as a part from a very clean and quiet community, it’s a very homey and the staff are very approachable if I need something in my unit. Liz has always been very nice and welcoming from the very beginning I started my stay here.

I’ve always had a very good experience living in this apartment most especially with the resident manager Liz who’s always been very kind every time I needed some thing from the leasing office and with my inquiries in my unit. The maintenance and the cleaners are always wearing their great smiles every time I see them by the hallway. Love Canyon pointe apartment. Kudos!

My experience with Boardwalk, Canyon Pointe Apartments and the landlord Tess was incredible!! She was so kind and understanding, was always available no matter the time of day, and has left such a good experience for me renting with Boardwalk. I can’t say enough good things about Tess! I definitely recommend Canyon Pointe (and bonus having Tess as a landlord) if you’re looking to rent in Red Deer!

So far, we never have any issues staying in this apartment. Great location and amazing management. Ma'am Tess and Liz are very nice and approachable. If we need something or ask for some clarifications wid regard to building policies, they responds quickly and attend our needs right away. Management Staffs are really helpful, friendly and very accomodating also the maintenance staff ma'am Remy. The unit, bldg and environment are well maintained and the unit is Clean and spacious. We are happy and satisfied we chose this apartment. Indeed a great place to live in!

Amazing location and management! The place was very clean upon moving in, and if I had any issues, they were addressed and maintained in a reasonable amount of time. Liz and Tess are amazing landlords! They are very friendly and welcoming, and are always available if tenants need anything. The place is very well maintained as well, I always see staff cleaning in the lobby. Zero regrets that I chose this apartment to move in to!

I have no words every time I have concerns in my apartment as the staff are very prompt in responding to my requests. Clean and quiet and very good community to live in. Liz has been very good with me every time I reload my laundry card. Canyon pointe is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed.
