The wait time was long but expected. The dirty blonde haired lady that helped me out was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her helping me with my Healthcard and drivers license changes.

terrible place do not go here!! the workers are beyond rude and do not care about you or your problems. i was 10 minutes late and they refused my service all because the instructor “did not want to help me because i was late”. i had a job interview before which was last minute and i was not able to reschedule my driving test without losing my money (which was $155). because of this i arrived 10 minutes late and when i arrived one worker lied and said the instructor went home and when i asked for the manager she said that the instructor didn’t want to help me because i was late. never again will i go here and i recommend you don’t either!

The driving instructor they have there named Flavio is very racist and failed me for stopping at a yellow light and being safe. He did not even let me finish my test I paid 200$ for a 5 minute tour around the block. And when I went to the front desk to make a complaint and ask for his name the lady started making assumptions as if she was there and told me to shut up extremely unprofessional and a very racist location

The lineups are long but the staff are always knowledgeable and courteous. They will try to go above and beyond to help as long as they are able too. I just wanted to say thanks Jamie for making my registry experience this year tolerable lol

I have used this registry for 15 years and have not had a bad experience ever. Yes it is busy and does have line ups but that is not their fault. It is just the location. They do business very quickly and efficiently. My son did his road test there and failed the the first time but got it the second time. It was his fault and not the agent. The agents there are too make sure we have safe drivers on our streets. I find some of the negative comments very humorous. If you fail a road test or don't have your papers in order, that is your fault and not theirs .Have Great Day!

Hello, everyone who is reviewing this registry if you want to do a road test, please do not book this place because the Instructor is not actually kind of good instructor. I was doing three different times. I know you told me first first road test. He told me you too slow and second one he told me you’re too fast again third one he told me to slow and that’s how I spend her every road just $150 with no reason so if you want if you want to book a road test please find another registration

Navreet is the best! She is compassionate and kind and makes you very comfortable while doing your road test! She gave me so much confidence and she helped me achieve something I never thought I’d do. Navreet please know you have made a big impact on me regardless of it being such a small victory! Thank you for your compassion and understanding! Hands down best instructor and everyone should disregard anything bad spoken against this registry and its instructors.

All these bad reviews about the road test are hilarious; if you can't drive, just say that. Navreet is an amazing instructor, extremely fair and genuinely explains your mistakes while being kind and apologetic. I went the first time, failed due to speeding, definitely was my fault. Second time around, didn't speed and passed. Everyone complaining about how they failed due to little" things. It's a drivers test... You need to know how to do the "little" things.By the way

Submitted our application for the name change, driver license and saw Carrie" at the counter. She was quite knowledgeable and went through the application with thorough checks and recommended all the changes needed in one shot to save us multiple trips. We had been to a couple of registries for the same and this was the most pleasant and calm experience of all. Thank you Carrie for your excellent customer service and I wish more people can be trained like you. We wish you the very best.!!"

I would not recommend this registry the only saving grace. Is the wonderful lady at the front door who is so polite and awesome? The instructors are very picky they showed no grace for new drivers. The intention of doing a driver's test has always been to make sure that the drivers understand the material know their signs. No their speed limits unfortunately sometimes situations come up where it's out of the new driver's control this particular registry uses that against the new driver and tends to just automatically fail if you read the reviews prior to this one. It's? Consistent also the car for rentals is very poor do not use it. It is poorly maintained and the quality is just not there and because of that it will stress you out and give you more opportunity. These to make mistakes I would just highly recommend. You go somewhere else after 3 attempts at this registry unfortunately. We're gonna have to go somewhere else and 2 out of the 3 were the same instructor who failed for exactly the same thing a last minute situation that. Was out of the driver's control terrible run run fast? I would not give them my a $135.
