Don't know much about the atmosphere? The food I do get is really good!!! The first time I had their pizza. I fell in love with it!! A great sauce and dough. Not to skimpy on toppings either.

The two in place working during my visit were awesome. The food was fantastic.. $18 for a steak sandwich it's a little steep in price

I have had their pizza in Webster and was unexpectedly given just one slice of their cheese pizza from their location in Ontario, NY the other day…… it was amazing.Sometimes you get a chance to have a pizza that really reminds you of an Italian bakery style…. this is the place. The dough used in their pizzas has a taste I remember from my favorite bakery in Niagara Falls, NY many years ago.I could eat pizza from here every day !!!Thank you for giving me the chance to have delicious pizza again !!

This place used to be so great but unfortunately it’s going down hill which is sad. My dad would get it almost every weekend for us. The last few times it was not good. We got it tonight and I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon. We picked it up right at 710 like it said, got home took a bite of our food up and it was cold and We had to put our food in the oven because it was that cold. I then tried mine and the bacon in it was almost raw, I couldn’t eat it at all and I had to literally dissect my calzone to try to get it all out. I couldn’t even finish it because it was so bad and made me feel sick. This is unacceptable. I hate to give bad reviews I really do but this was just very unacceptable and not worth the money. The workers are nice though from what I have heard and The pizza on the other hand has never disappointed and the breadsticks are always good.

Actually comes as ordered! Not all mushy and wings cooked to order as well! Staff and drivers always friendly from the Ontario site. Keep up the good work!

Pizza was done when I arrived but the girl cooking wings was sitting on the table staring at her phone and had not even started wings yet. She spent most of the 20 minutes i waited doing the same. Pizza was cold when I got home. Food was ok but not great.

Pizza ordered from Caraglio's through Doord Dash sucks! I ordered two toppings (onions & mushrooms) on a pizza and still trying to find any.I've ordered directly through Caraglio's before and it's been the best in town. I'll never use Door Dash again!

I do not normally leave reviews but after stopping after work at caraglios (the one in Ontario) I just had to. The Pizza and wings were great, and the service was wonderful the three ladies working tonight were extremely outgoing and welcoming. Great experience definitely coming back !

Slices are great. Pepperoni is INCREDIBLE. Crispy and good flavor. The blue cheese has chunks in it which is a big plus for me. I got a free drink with 2 slices so it felt like a great deal! Will order dinner from here soon!
