I stayed at southpointe plaza for a little over a year and have to say that I had nothing short of an amazing time there . From my newly renovated apartment, to living in such a centralized location, to the views from my place, to having extremely friendly neighbors and to having maintenance requests looked at so promptly! Thanks to all the helpful staff and a special shout out to Rebecca and Cindy who were forever friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions I had with a lovely smile! Looking forward to renting back at Southpointe if I get back to Regina ! Thanks to the Bwalk family once again for making this place my home!

I recommend Southpointe Plaza, 4040 Gordon Road. My wife and I have livedin this building for about the last 4 1/2 years. The staff areall very pleasant and do to great job. A special mention toVictor Israel who does the best job anywhere in keeping thisplace clean.Randall and Edith Donison

Honestly I had a 5 star review on here for almost 2 years that I have called SouthPointe Plaza home but I can't justify that any longer. Will maybe update when repairs/improvements are completed.

Very very bad experience, unnecessary charges when moved out, was not my fault still They charge $400 on me. Please don't rent your apartment over here

Very clean, well kept, responsive to any problems, quiet pleasant neighbors, a good family building. Big bonus is the ability to have pets here.

Worst possible place to live if you’re white. They let immigrants complain about the smell of pork and try to kick people out over it. You smoke? That sucks, you’ll get “warnings” and eventually they try to kick you out when you smoke on your patio (Which violates no bylaws.) because you cannot smoke in the apartments. Would not recommend living here at all! Much better places in Regina that let you live like a Canadian. Not an East Indian. They refuse to fix things that are wrong until 3am in the middle of winter you have to call someone cuz your heat completely quit. DO NOT RENT HERE!
